Very spacious for the rate- we were 2 adults and two kids and we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apt. The apt was clean and in very good condition. The staff was friendly. We appreciated the complimentary laundry room and use of the game room and terrace. Location in Roma Norte was EXCELLENT walkable to most of what we wanted to do- eat and shop. We appreciated having filtered water available from a tap in ty kitchen. The only drawbacks were low water pressure, flimsy towels, and construction noise at night. We were on the 10th floor, and heard a ton of overnight construction- literal jackhammers from 12midnight to at least 2am. We rarely heard noise from neighbors, but there was little insulation from outside noise. Beds were comfortable. Overall, would definitely consider this property again and recommend it to friends.

The bathroom had a terrible scent the entire stay. They changed out something in the shower but the scent remained . The shower also was very moldy

Overall experience was fine but nothing that stood out beyond ordinary. Staff was very professional and even friendly. One negative was not having my room cleaned during vacation and upon return from our excursions given it was an apartment /hotel property.

It was an incredible stay! Great staff, loved our room and the amenities. Perfect location to get around and explore. 10/10

I truly enjoy the fact that this complex is close to everything near Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, Condesa & Roma neighborhoods.

Great stay, very comfortable. Only thing that was not optimal was the fridge being noisy, this being a studio and also lots of light coming into the room from the corridor. Still to recommend! Great area.

Loved that we had a kitchenette, room was spacious. We enjoyed the communal rooms. Only suggestion I have is that the shower tile be cleaned properly or replace the grout as some corners of the shower had some mold upon arrival. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly.

The location is great. Easy to go around. A lot of restaurants nearby and walkable. There is a lot of entertainment everywhere. I will stay again on my next visit and will fully recommend this place. It will be 10/10.

Colonia Roma is in the middle of everything in Mexico City. This apartment is closed to everything. I only eat plants and many vegan restaurants are nearby. Transportation takes you everywhere.

amazing place and great value! Everything was awesome including staff! If i have to list one thing not 5 star, it's that the laundry closes at 10pm and opens at 8am, so hard to do laundry if you are travelling lots. We made use of the games room, love that they have filtered watre

Lo que no me gustó es que sólo había una toalla en el baño y éramos 2 adultos y un bebé, y si estaban ya desgastadas las toallas en general.
