部屋や施設は基本的には清潔でした。コンビニや飲食店も近くにあり便利です。 しかし、クローゼットの中のブランケットを使用しようとしたところ明らかに複数回使用済みの状態で、体毛やゴミがたくさん付いており、ベッドに広げただけでシーツまで汚れました。驚いてフロントのスタッフに相談したところ、全てのシーツの取り替えと新しいブランケットを提供してもらえたのでありがたかったですが、体験としては良くなかったです。その場でマネージャーに動画や写真で報告もされていたので、今後は改善されるものと期待します。 また、ランドリーマシンは数がたくさんあり、無料で使えるので便利でした。

Everything was a excelent

This place has a wonderful location but the property needs maintenance! You can see the signs of it all around, for starters our shower knob fell off every time we used it and the water pressure on the sink was non existent, they also need to improve their cleaning, it’s not a bad place but very important issues as maintenance and cleanliness can be improved.

Excellent location from which to tour mexico city. Room looks EXACTLY like the online pictures. Housekeeping during your stay is paid extra when you want it. It is loud on the street side on the weekend but earplugs were provided. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Would stay there again

Great location & staff!

Rooms were great. Neighborhood was fantastic. Quiet in a good way, with lots of restaurants close by. A great pace to return to after seeing the sights.

El hospedaje cuenta con una excelente ubicación, lo cual facilita el acceso a diversos puntos de interés y hace muy cómoda la estancia. En términos generales, el lugar es agradable, limpio y funcional, ideal para una estancia corta o de negocios. No obstante, considero importante señalar algunas áreas de mejora. El refrigerador genera un ruido constante, lo cual puede resultar molesto, especialmente durante la noche. Asimismo, el diseño del baño podría optimizarse, ya que el WC no está separado del área de regadera, lo que genera incomodidad cuando se hospedan varias personas (en nuestro caso, éramos cuatro). Adicionalmente, se recomienda la colocación de espejo dentro de las habitaciones, ya que solo contar con uno en el área de baño limita la practicidad al momento de prepararse. En conclusión, es un lugar recomendable por su ubicación y condiciones generales, pero con algunos detalles que, de atenderse, mejorarían considerablemente la experiencia del huésped.

The place itself was super nice! Had really nice little amenities inside. I loved that everything was super close & nice little nightlife. I would come back here again!

Check in was easy and quick. You are given an individual code for building and your room door. We were on the twelfth floor - I’m attaching a picture from my balcony. It was a gorgeous view. There is a drinking water tap and full-sized fridge. Each bedroom has a large a/c unit. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and location. Edmundo is warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome.

Excelente lugar super recomendado

A beautiful property, centrally located in Roma Norte area (highly recommended for a genuine, Mexican immersion experience!). Very helpful and friendly staff, great outdoor patio, fitness room is clean, well maintained (but sparsely equipped.) The Grand Suite is spectacular! Only downside is it takes a long time to get hot water.

Places was spacious with the amenities available, just wish the towels were cleaner. But will give you clean or extra towels if needed

The property was very conveniently located. The staff were all friendly and very responsive. There is no daily housekeeping, but you get complimentary room cleaning once if you stay a week or more. The hotel has a game room and a terrace that were both very nice. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
