No salía agua caliente de la ducha. Un aire acondicionado no funcionó. Aparte de eso, fue muy bueno.

Todo nos gustó la playa la cancha de Voleibol, los alimentos, las bebidas, la vista al mar, es la 4a. Vez que acudimos y sin duda volveremos pronto Gracias

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the food was pretty good. The beach and ocean are clean. This resort mostly caters to Spanish speaking guests but a handful of the staff could speak English. The beds were a bit small. We would go back!

Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. Very gradual and shallow slope, no weeds or rocks. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Food selection could be improved somewhat, but was still good. Great hamburger snack area right on the beach. Not crazy about the plastic reusable cups for drinks. Very quiet at night. True that lots of the patrons were Mexicans…not a problem at all. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Lots of kids with parents and extended family. Would go back again. Thank you!

Rooms were clean. Beds are rock hard no exaggeration. The fridges will keep you foods either frozen or Luke cool. Staff are decent. I thought the food was actually pretty good. A lot of different options. If you don’t like the food there are other options in the area. The pools are lacking small shallow and I’ve seen cleaner. Hotel needs to get with the times with the brackets and get rid of the room keycards. Had to have them rescanned probably daily. No adults only pools. Kind of a lack of security. Beach furniture needs replaced and updated. Make sure if you want all inclusive to pay before you get there. We missed the button and found out when we got there didn’t have all inclusive asked to upgrade and it would have cost us 1k American extra. For a budget friendly place it was adequate.

Very small pools, mainly for kids. But there was a rooftop pool that was small but nice. No where to get coffee before restaurants opened. Walked to OXXO & waited until 7am for it to open & got coffee. Rooms were nice & big.

My room was simple but for my taste fabulous. Everyone is friendly. The main drawback was the skimpiness with supplies. No water is provided and only one cup of coffee to be made in the room without extra charges. Such small things that cost ao little add a lot to the experience and it is a bit miserly not to go that extra step. The breakfast is also quite limited beyond unhealthy options. Otherwise it's a gorgeous hotel.

The rooms were great the ocean and pools are great. The food was mostly mexican fare so if you are a picky eater you will tire of the food pretty quick.

Adequate for the price. It was on the beach. Food was good. Staff was not as friendly as some of our other stays. We did the all inclusive and the drinks seemed watered down. But overall good for the price. We’d go there again. We liked the rooftop pool. Felt safe. Beds were small but comfortable. We had problems with the door key working.

La vista es hermosa para los atardeceres!!

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Durante mi estancia de 3 noches, sólo el último día y ya muy tarde hicieron el aseo y no cambiaron toallas. Toda la limpieza en los exteriores es muy descuidada, platos y vasos sucios por dondequiera, áreas descuidadas sin atención y la comida de mala calidad.

Staff, clean room, excellent front desk customer service during a difficult/dangerous time in the area. Bartenders were fantastic.

El personal muy amable, la comida buena pero nada espectacular, la habitación con oportunidades importantes de mejora (ej. aire acondicionado, lavamanos y otros)

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful location!! The staff (housekeeping, front desk, bartenders, waitstaff, EVERYONE) were amazing and always very helpful. Very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great stay, but the beds are a little bigger than a twin we booked for 4 people and we were tight. Other tha. That great staff !
