Accueil au top chambre propre et fonctionnel. Hotel sur la plage un rêve …. Un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu car un peu vieillot . Mais très bon emplacement je recommande Merci Daniel 👌

We enjoyed the stay. The service was great. The room was clean. Overall is fine.

The only thing i would change are the beds, they were small and pretty uncomfortable. But everything else was amazing! We will for sure return just try anothervroom with different beds. Would love to honeymoon there!

We used to LOVE this hotel but have not been in a few years. The service has definitely declined, though the staff are very kind, just not as attentive. The hotel overall needs a bit of a refresh as well. Unfortunately, I think we will be trying a different hotel on our next visit.

Me encantó la ubicación , la playa , la atención , la habitación , nos gustó mucho tener acceso a agua potable fría y caliente en los pasillos del hotel ideal para tomar cafecito por las mañanas !

The staff are absolutely phenomenal and took great care of us! Thank you to everyone there.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 times already. There are having renovations which is good as they haven’t had it in a while. The pool was cloudy and needs some good cleaning. They have now breakfast which was pretty good and not expensive. I still recommend the place but need to take care of the details.

We had a great stay. Staff at the restaurant were phenomenal. Theyveven made my wife a special soup when she wasn't feeling well. We would definitely return.

Muy conveniente, Karina fue muy amable, nos entregaron habotación antes del checkin, el servicio de Alma bar muy bueno, el personal que atiende muu atento!

Nice hotel right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Complained about no hot water and they fixed it that same day. Rooftop bar plays loud music during the afternoons, which is sometimes annoying. Beach is beautiful, but we has an unusual amount of smelly seaweed during our visit. Free fruit plate at breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff, and most speak a good amount of English.

There were a lot of kids there, but advertised as adults only. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The towels and bedding were stained. I was expecting a 2 night romantic memory with my husband, but was really let down once arrived. Other than that it was acceptable, just not the experience I was expecting.

Grande chambre et accès a la plage magnifique et pratique. Dommage que la route de taxi passe entre les hotels . Cela fait beaucoup de bruit et de dérangement dans le lieu qui ne semlbe pas fait pour cela. Mais Holbox est comme cela... La Ville devrait modifié cela. Le personelle d'acceuil était très bon et serviable. Le petit déjeuner inclus nous a suffit mais ce n'était pas très copieux. Les prix des extra et réstaurant était un peu prohibitf pour le mexique. Nous en aurions pris pas mal plus si cela était seulement 30% moins cher. Au lieux de cela , nous n'avions jsute rien pris du tout. Cependant je reviendrais en prenant mes précautions sur ce sujet.
