El hotel es muy cómodo! Las habitaciones tienen muy buen espacio, grandes y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca de la estación de tren, si vas a la Medina queda lejos. El personal es muy amable.

This hotel got nice pool garage for motorcycle or cars , taxi rank out back , Mac Donald’s a cross road shopping mall with eateries and loads other shops would definitely use again price was ok .

Receptionist was very friendly.
Baggage Mohamed was very helpful.
Room service is the only one that I am not satisfied with since our room did not receive any service. Unfortunately, that is the only part we were unsatisfied with. They need to better communicate. Overall nice place to stay at.

Très bon hôtel, mais pas du tout située à la médina, c’est presque une publicité mensongère.
Nous avons tout de même profitez d’une chambre propre et d’un personnel a l’écoute.
Mais attention si vous cherchez à être proche de la médina, fuyez.

We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool.

✨ Pour ma 3e fois à l’hôtel Barceló, je peux dire sans hésitation que l’expérience est toujours à la hauteur de mes attentes. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et professionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très bien équipées, avec une literie ultra confortable.
Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, varié et délicieux, un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, que ce soit pour un séjour détente, en couple ou en famille. Et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir une 4e fois !👌🥰

Quelques petites améliorations à souligner: La carte de la chambre s’est désactivée 2 fois donc aller retour à la réception depuis le 5 eme étage!
Pommeau de douche et douche un peu vétuste pour un niveau Barceló mais reste correct.
Le reste était très bien, personnel agréable, sympathique avec le sens du service.
