I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious with a great shower, and breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Everything felt well taken care of, making for a very comfortable experience.
However, the service at the restaurants could be improved. While the food was good, the waitstaff seemed inattentive—I often had to ask multiple times for the same thing or wait several minutes just to place an order. A bit of training would make a big difference. Aside from that, the hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely stay again.

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un albergo di questa catena e conferm che è proprio una garanzia. Stanza splendida e superconfort. Acqua calda e wi-fi tutto perfettamente funzionante.
Bollitore, tè e caffè disponibili, ma non reintegrati durante il soggiorno.
Garage facilmente accessibile dell'hotel, anche se non era libero al momento dell'arrivo (ma si è liberato in serata con ampia disponibilità di posti).
Piccolo neo, ho scelto di "pagare in struttura" e mi hanno fatto pagare 5euro di piu al giorno... E ammetto che non ho avuto il coraggio di replicare.
Tornerei senz'altro (pagando online come faccio di solito).

Lovely clean hotel however many facilities such as the cafe and the pool bar were closed. Hotel bar lounge and restaurant were open and were good.
Also construction was happening in the lobby so some noise could be heard but luckily our room was further away

Molto bene questo albergo, di tipo continentale. Arredi moderni ed efficienti, stanza ampia, pulizia biancheria asciugamani etc. Unica pecca: colazione non compresa e un po’ scarsa di qualità per 18 euro a testa. Per il resto consogliatissimo.

À peine arrivé à la réception un employé m'arrache mes valises pour les monter dans ma chambre ! C'est un manque de respect, tout cela pour un pourboire !
La chambre : interrupteur marche une fois sur deux il était décollé du mur.. Robinet de douche qui s'arracher, tapis sale.
Petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre ! Thé marocain était pas chaud ! Fromage et charcuterie était pâle. Viennoiserie toutes les même, pain au chocolat sans chocolat.
Vraiment une arnaque cette hôtel pour sont prix !! En plus sur mon reçu avec hôtel.com il rester à payer 3,5 dirhams de taxe et eux ils m'ont demandé 40 dirhams.

Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável, mas o chuveiro poderia ser melhor (saía pouca água e não tinha pressão). Café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, com poucas opções. Higiene também é um ponto que precisa melhorar - especialmente no restaurante.

Very poor quality for 4stars hotel i was very disappointed, first day i was under my shower with my body wash on when the water stopped completely, i had to dry my self while my daughter is calling the receptionist to let them know they said the technician was on his way waited 25 min nothing then we called again and i asked for a different room, both rooms are not clean just surface cleaning on the floor and beds are done but if you look at the faucet you will see that is dirty or the toilet inside.
My advice is to never take the half board option, that was the cherry on the cake when i looked at the buffet at night i was shocked with the quality of food that they had no choices of the salads one salad had onions and tomatoes that’s it, then the main dishes poorly cooked, a quality of snacks not even a restaurant to say even that it’s a 4 stars hotel, conveniently the manager was generous enough to offer me something from the menu to make it up for dinner cause i couldn’t eat anything, not even my kid. And offered that as a compensation.
I will never return there ever
