リヤドそのものは快適です。ホテルの時間に食べるならば朝食も調理された美味しいものが食べられる。ナイトマネージャーに責任感が無く昼から夜、夜から昼の引継ぎを行わず頼んだ事が実施されない。朝早(8時)く出発の際、朝食を早く食べられるように前日依頼したのに準備されず食べられない。ツアーの手配について依頼した事を昼間の人間に連絡せずに帰宅。一から昼のスタッフに説明し直し。朝早く出発の際、税金を支払った際、お釣りが無いと言ってお釣り寄越さず。

ベッドルームの雰囲気もよく、フロントのコンセルジュ機能も良かった。唯一洗面台の排水が悪く少しでも水をためるとなかなか排水されないのが欠点。テラスで食べる朝食は味も良く贅沢な雰囲気。モスクから朝4時半にコーランが流れ目が覚めます。

The Riad was within the Medina and only about 10 minutes for the main square. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again:)

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Bliss. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We were only in Marrakech for a short time, but we'd happily return (and hopefully get to experience a spa treatment and the breakfast next time!).

Nice location and nice place to stay. Staff amazing good and welcoming. The food is also good. Would have been great with a fridge, specially for the beverages during the summer, that’s a minus.

My room ‘8’ was cleaned daily, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, at reception senior members always asked if I needed any trip or local travel advice, very helpful. Breakfast was an eye opener very healthy. Room air conditioning was spot on.

Le Riad est bien placé dans une petite rue (non accessible en voiture) avec plusieurs restaurants juste à côté et à proximité des souks et de Jenna al fna -10 de minutes à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le personnel rencontré était serviable et attentif. La chambre était spacieuse et le cadre correspond tout à fait à l’esprit attendu. Un Riad bien entretenu et qui garde ses imperfections compte tenu de l’âge du bâtiment. La piscine sur les toits reste le point négatif, il s’agit plus d’un bassin de seulement une quinzaine de centimètres de profondeur. Les soins proposés sont accessibles et de qualité.

Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic, and although we could not communicate so well verbally, we were able to see the light in each other and connected as humans. The staff at Bliss Riad were kind, and always willing to support in anyway. I would highly recommend bliss Riad to anyone staying in Marrakesh. And if I come back, I will most likely try to stay there again. The facilities are extremely clean, with a chill Boho vibe, plenty of space to chill and just do your thing and not be up in anyone else’s business.

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself gave a great sense of its history with grand front entrance and intricately carved wooden doors. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and proportions kept me going until late dinner. Staff were very helpful and polyglot. Will definitely stay at Bliss on next trip to Marrakech if this popular Riad isn’t already completely booked.

Stunning interior design. Beautiful and opulent vibe in this riad. My first thing staying in a Riad and it was a great experience. Ali was particularly super friendly and helpful. Great location, in a nice part of the medina close to pretty much everything within a 15 minute walk.

Nous avons séjourné au Bliss en famille du 23 au 27 et, malgré un cadre très agréable et un emplacement idéal, notre expérience a été globalement décevante. À notre arrivée, personne ne nous a indiqué que le petit déjeuner était payant, et encore moins qu’il coûtait 11 € par personne. Cette absence d’information est regrettable. De plus, la terrasse était envahie d’abeilles, ce qui rendait le petit-déjeuner très difficile à apprécier. Nous étions avec des personnes allergiques aux abeilles!!! Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, il nous a simplement été répondu que c’était “la nature” et qu’ils ne pouvaient rien y faire. La salle de bain est également peu pratique, l’accès à la douche se fait en enjambant un muret particulièrement haut. Avec un enfant et une personne âgée dans notre groupe, cela nous a semblé peu sécurisé et pas du tout adapté.. C’est vraiment dommage, car le riad bénéficie d’un joli cadre et d’un excellent emplacement. En revanche, le manque de communication, certains équipements absents (FRIGO), les désagréments au petit-déjeuner, la piscine peu exploitable et les défauts d’aménagement de la salle de bain ont fortement terni notre séjour. Au vu du tarif pratiqué, nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité. Nous repartons avec une impression mitigée et, malheureusement, sans envie d’y revenir.

The staff was amazing, so lovely and helpful! I wanted to move in and stay forever. If you are going to book a riad, you need to stay here!

Personnel present et serviable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Chambre très bien excepté humidité dans sdb. L'ensemble du Rias est plutôt très bien notamment l'espace terrasse. Petit bémol au niveau de la piscine c'est plus un bassin d'eau qu'une piscine ce qui est dommage.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive very nice caring people that help with whatever you needed. The rooms are clean and air conditioned and the breakfast is very good. Enjoyed the pool and the spa

Very beautiful room and hotel, great location, breakfast was great and so was the rooftop. However we booked the Executive Suite based on the private patio, our room did not have a patio or balcony.

Everything was perfect
