リヤドそのものは快適です。ホテルの時間に食べるならば朝食も調理された美味しいものが食べられる。ナイトマネージャーに責任感が無く昼から夜、夜から昼の引継ぎを行わず頼んだ事が実施されない。朝早(8時)く出発の際、朝食を早く食べられるように前日依頼したのに準備されず食べられない。ツアーの手配について依頼した事を昼間の人間に連絡せずに帰宅。一から昼のスタッフに説明し直し。朝早く出発の際、税金を支払った際、お釣りが無いと言ってお釣り寄越さず。

ベッドルームの雰囲気もよく、フロントのコンセルジュ機能も良かった。唯一洗面台の排水が悪く少しでも水をためるとなかなか排水されないのが欠点。テラスで食べる朝食は味も良く贅沢な雰囲気。モスクから朝4時半にコーランが流れ目が覚めます。

La chambre était simpa le seul bémol, pas bien chauffé, même avec le chauffage d’appoint chambre froide.

Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend.

Great riad in a beautiful part of the medina. Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room.

Otroligt fint rum, trevlig personal och fantastisk rooftop pool area. Ligger i en väldigt avslappnad och vacker del av Medinan, helt perfekt.

Très beau Riad, parfaitement situé. Par contre, je pensais qu’il y avait une piscine sur le toit, il s’agit d’une mini pataugeoire de 30-40 cm de profondeur. Finlement, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais j’aurais aimé le savoir.

Super søde ansatte og godt værelse med rigtig gode madrasser. Morgenmad var begrænset (hvilket vi er vant til) pga. gluten og mælkeallergi, men personalet gjorde deres bedste for at løse udfordringen.

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.

The Riad is beautiful and staff so friendly. Location was great, Breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend

Brilliant location. Staff really helpful. Only moan (which is very minimal) would be that drinks werent cold and weather was very hot.
