リヤドそのものは快適です。ホテルの時間に食べるならば朝食も調理された美味しいものが食べられる。ナイトマネージャーに責任感が無く昼から夜、夜から昼の引継ぎを行わず頼んだ事が実施されない。朝早(8時)く出発の際、朝食を早く食べられるように前日依頼したのに準備されず食べられない。ツアーの手配について依頼した事を昼間の人間に連絡せずに帰宅。一から昼のスタッフに説明し直し。朝早く出発の際、税金を支払った際、お釣りが無いと言ってお釣り寄越さず。

ベッドルームの雰囲気もよく、フロントのコンセルジュ機能も良かった。唯一洗面台の排水が悪く少しでも水をためるとなかなか排水されないのが欠点。テラスで食べる朝食は味も良く贅沢な雰囲気。モスクから朝4時半にコーランが流れ目が覚めます。

Brilliant location. Staff really helpful. Only moan (which is very minimal) would be that drinks werent cold and weather was very hot.

Estancia inmejorable en Marrakech. Habitación familiar muy grande. Limpieza excelente y todo personal simpre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. La ubicación es inmejorable,a escasos metros del Jaardín Secreto. Zona llena de vida con multitud de restaurantes cerca y apenas a 10 minutos de la plaza Jama el Fnaa o de la Madrasa de Ben Youssef. El desayuno tradicional es abundante y todo hecho al momento. Preguntamos por un sitio en el que poder hacer tatuajes de henna para evitar el "sablazo" que pegan en las plazas turísticas y recomendaron varios que teníamos cerca. La recomemdación fue todo un acierto tanto por calidad vomo por precio. Si volvemos a Marrakech, sin duda será al Bliss Riad.

We had a great stay at Bliss Riad. It's perfectly located in the northern Medina and close to a few favourite places such as Le Jardin Secret and Cafe Arabe. Step into the riad and it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rooms are clean. The rooftop was a really nice place to hang out too, though the pool isn't swimmable at around 12 inches depth. On the whole, staff were kind and helpful. A couple of things could have made the visit even better. Communication with staff wasn't always great. For example, we weren't warned about the building work which was taking place during the final 2 days of the visit, and which was very disruptive at times. Just a simple warning to let us know timings would have been appreciated. Also, staff didn't always communicate between themselves: we ended up being the go between amongst staff who couldn't agree what time to book our airport transfer.

El hotel es lindo! Limpio, amplio, bueno en precio-calidad! El servicio de atención es muy amable pero demoran un poco en recibirte, aunque llegue muy tarde al hotel y salí muy temprano cabe recalcar jeje. Todo bien.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, good food, and in the heart of the Medina.

Excellent accueil dans l’ensemble, le lieu est magnifique et très calme. Les chambres sont bien équipées, propre et avec climatisation, ce qui est très appréciable. Concernant le personnel de l’accueil, certains se distinguent par leur professionnalisme, d’autres un peu moins, mais cela reste globalement très correct. Je donne une note de 95/100 et recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

The Riad is very well located, just a few steps from the souks and the nice cafe Árabe. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We just missed a bit the privacy of the bathroom, as it’s opened and busy separated through wood sticks. We loved the massages and hammam. The terrace is beautiful (it lacks a bit of shadow). The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it lacked a bit of diversity (it was every day the same thing)

Staff were amazing and very positive from start to finish. 10/10 service that extended their hospitality at any opportunity and were very helpful with providing support with anything we required. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The property itself is beautiful and in a very good location.

Magnifique chambre avec baignoire creusée au milieu de la pièce. Personnel des plus agréable et réactif. Propreté rien à redire Calme du Riad Piscine pour barboter très agréable avec jolie vue

Svømmebassenget var skuffende, ikke dyp nok og vannet var ikke rent,ellers nydelig hotell.

Absolutely loved this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely stay again if I ever return to Marrakech!!

Andet gang jeg bor på den Riad. Den ligger meget centralt, personalet hjælpsomme og venlige. Vi fik fin Hammam og en skøn massage på stedet. Morgenmaden er god og det var perfekt for os at bruge den lille pool på taget på de varme eftermiddage. Stedet er meget smukt indrettet. Jeg har nu boet på 3 forskellige værelser - alle store og individuelt indrettet.
