We had a great stay at Bliss Riad. It's perfectly located in the northern Medina and close to a few favourite places such as Le Jardin Secret and Cafe Arabe. Step into the riad and it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rooms are clean. The rooftop was a really nice place to hang out too, though the pool isn't swimmable at around 12 inches depth. On the whole, staff were kind and helpful. A couple of things could have made the visit even better. Communication with staff wasn't always great. For example, we weren't warned about the building work which was taking place during the final 2 days of the visit, and which was very disruptive at times. Just a simple warning to let us know timings would have been appreciated. Also, staff didn't always communicate between themselves: we ended up being the go between amongst staff who couldn't agree what time to book our airport transfer.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, good food, and in the heart of the Medina.

Staff were amazing and very positive from start to finish. 10/10 service that extended their hospitality at any opportunity and were very helpful with providing support with anything we required. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The property itself is beautiful and in a very good location.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They met us fro our taxi and walked us to the property. The property is very pretty and calm, whilst situated in the middle of the Medina. Roof terrace is stunning and the breakfast amazing

Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Beautiful nice and clean Riad to live in the heart of old city Marrakesh. Excellent staff service and facilities. Loved the roof top terrace.

Nice Riad close to the main square and souks with a comfortable room but service from reception staff very poor and at times, could be very rude and weren’t able to help with any problems or queries stating they were new to the Riad. Plunge pool is not a plunge pool but more of a paddling pool so don’t be fooled if you’re expecting to submerse yourself in water in the Moroccan heat. The air condition was very old and kept me up all night, I felt I was trying to sleep on a construction site. I have only given the Bliss a reasonable review due to the location

Stunning 4 Star Riad with a wonderful staff and..a Hammam in the hotel! The best meal of the day...Breakfast made from scratch by the lovely ladies! Roof top sun deck, pool, many nooks to tuck yourself away and experience Marrakech. Note: The Riad is not accessible by car, but a 5 minute walk from outside the Medina. Always a nice way to end the day with a fresh cup of mint tea...Lovely.

My partner and I have just returned home from 5 days at Riad Bliss. If you are thinking of booking a stay here, I honestly cannot recommend this Riad enough. It is perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, authentic and well catered. The roof terrace is heavenly and the shallow pool is shaded, providing the perfect rest from the sun. The breakfast is plentiful, traditional, Moroccan pancakes, breads, fruit, jam, honey, cream cheese and the best coffee I have ever found in a hotel. Location is perfect, in the heart of the Medina, 5 mins walk to the main square, set around some of the best restaurants and the secret garden is just a few doors down. But what sets Riad Bliss apart from anywhere else is the service. If you need an iron and board - it arrives in seconds, thirsty - they bring you a big bottle of water, getting a taxi somewhere - they will walk you to your taxi, everyone was so smiley, so polite, so friendly and we felt spoilt in how kind and helpful everyone who worked at the Riad was. I cannot believe this Riad is so reasonably priced, we felt we got an absolute bargain and loved our stay. We cannot wait to come back!
