Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé. Petit déjeuner au top, très bon accueil Le seul défaut l’isolation des chambres!!! On entend tout jusqu’au réveil de la chambre voisine

Nous avions craqué sur cet hôtel pour ces 3 piscines, la piscine chauffée rien à dire, la piscine extérieur gelée, et la piscine sur le toit fermée pour travaux et c'est bien dommage, du coup pas de sky bar pour passer la soirée tranquil

Les chambres étaient parfaites. Le reste des infrastructures très très moyen. Le petit déjeuner très peu varié. Le service un peu lent. L’emplacement Moyen. Cher pour la prestation de service.

The hotel was lovely, they upgraded our room Upon arrival free of charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great too however the restaurant area was really dark. The indoor pool was my favourite part of the hotel however the hamam service was not that great I would recommend to go out of the hotel maybe to a different spa if you are looking for hamam service. The hotel was not too far from malls or the old city markets, also Marrakech’s most popular club 555 is five minute drive away. Was definitely a pleasant stay would recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel, service could have been better for a five star hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel is next to a great mall. Apparently they off a free shuttle service to the airport but when asked about this they said no.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Cesar und wurden schon sehr positiv bei unserer Ankunft damit überrascht, dass wir upgegradet wurden. Wir durften in einer der Junior Suiten übernachten, die wirklich sehr schön war. Man hatte viel Platz und alles war sehr sauber. Das war wohl darauf zurückzuführen, dass allgemein nicht viele Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Das Hotel an sich hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings hat man überall gesehen, dass einiges mal wieder erneuert werden müsste. Vom Design her war es eher modern eingerichtet, nicht so traditionell und orientalisch wie die Riads in der Medina. Aber auch sehr schön auf seine Art. Das Personal war an sich nett, aber uns hat etwas die Herzlichkeit gefehlt. Was uns aber besonders gefallen hat, war die Aufmerksamkeit an meinem Geburtstag. Wir hatten einen mit Rosen geschmückten Frühstückstisch und das Hotel hat sogar einen Kuchen mit Beschriftung besorgt, der sehr sehr lecker war. Sehr aufmerksam! Die Lage war leider nicht so besonders. Es ist recht weit außerhalb und man kann nicht viel in der Umgebung unternehmen. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, da wir extra dort waren um uns zu entspannen und den Spa Bereich in Anspruch zu nehmen.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and had the WORST experience. Upon arriving, we were put in the wrong room (standard) when we purchased an executive suite. We paid double for a room for our special week, only to be extremely disappointed. Which is NOT OKAY!! No coffee for coffee maker, and mini bar basically empty. As for management, knowing we had a flight in about 2 hours, the manager held us back from our taxi on our way to the Airport, purposely. We were pulled out to pay “extra tax fees” which was also included within our booking, which the staff then refused our cards purposely with the ONE card machine they have, begging for the cash instead. We had ran through 5 of our cards that were JUST used to purchase food ten minutes prior, meaning it was a machine problem. Management Also tried charging us for drinks we had bought from outside (bottles and Carona’s) when they don’t even sell them within the hotel or minibar! they tried so hard to charge us for every cup they found in our room. We had no choice but to call home to America to find another form of payment. Food is terrible and I got extremely sick, staff is SLOW. You won’t get a waiter or your bill/check unless you ask, no one will approach you at all. Also, If you are a young couple, everything closes before midnight as well. Never will be returning again. I do not recommend if you want the true Moroccan experience or a good hotel experience for the matter. I would not call this a resort.

Super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, great food and wine at good prices. Rooms were spacious and very clean. can’t wait for my next visit

They overbooked and I spent HOURS trying to sort it out. Still not sorted and I was charged for a room I never stayed in. They propert is basically a club for a young owner who does not care about customers. DO NOT STAY HERE! zero stars.

The hotel is pretty small which makes it perfect to relax by the pools (there are two). Drinks are food at the bars were really good, however the service wasn't great. They take a very long time to take orders, serve, etc. and often we had to chase them as it felt that they had forgotten our orders.

Haben zu zweit 6 Tage in Marrakech verbracht und uns im Cesar Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Große wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer, jeden Tag Bettwäsche Wechsel, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr bemüht, haben uns geholfen mit Infos über die Stadt, Restaurants Reservierungen, Taxis, usw. Schöner Spa Bereich, natürlich mit Hammam Angebote und andere Behandlungen, angemessenen Preisen. Habe selber vor unsere Reise in den Bewertungen gelesen, dass die Bedienung im Restaurant langsam sei, ja aber nicht langsamer als sonst woanders in Marrakech, wir haben das in jedem Lokal oder Restaurant erlebt, es ist eine andere Kultur und nicht so zackig wie bei uns. Würden wieder kommen und empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Chambre correcte. Accueil satisfaisant. Étage bruillant, les voisins de chambre (Saoudiens et Quataris et leurs connaissances d'un soir ou deux) ont été très bruillants durant les deux premières nuits de notre séjour, jusqu'au changement de chambre proposé par le personnel compréhensif de la réception de l'hôtel. Le rez-de-chaussée était très calme, normal, pas occupé par la même clientèle. Hôtel plutôt réservé pour une clientèle festive, mais pas trop pour ceux qui veulent trouver du calme et de la sérénité ou qui voyage avec un bébé.

hôtel haut-de-gamme qui malheureusement se dégrade aucune rénovation… La chambre était top très propre. En revanche moi j’ai rencontré un problème , Je suis allée faire un massage avec mon compagnon en peignoir ( fournit par l’hôtel) lors du massage j’ai retiré mes bracelets d’une certaine valeur et je les ai mis dans la poche du peignoir. En remontant la chambre j’ai accroché mon peignoir et nous sommes sortis. À notre retour grande surprise plus de Peignoir !!! J’en ai des lors informer l’accueil à fin de pouvoir le récupérer et récupérer mes bracelets. Et la disparition du peignoir la laverie n’a rien les femmes de ménages n’ont rien. J’ai donc demandé à parler à la responsable de l’hôtel qui ne m’a jamais reçu ni rappeler. Je trouve ça pas du tout professionnel de leur part sachant que ces bracelets avait une valeur. Donc si vous séjourner dans cette hôtel surtout ne laissez rien de valeur dans votre chambre au risque que ça disparaisse.
