とても清潔でした。スタッフの対応もよかったです。

夜の10時ぐらいにタンジェ駅についてすぐ目の前でホテルの場所はすぐにわかります。 女性1人夜中でも安心でした。 11時ぐらいまで開いている上の階にあるレストランがあり、スタッフお勧めのモロッコのワインとタジン鍋を食べました。付け合わせにオリーブなど付きます。ワインは果実味があり美味しかったです。おすすめです。11時過ぎても遅くまで開けてくださりスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。レストランは景色もよく広くゆっくり出来ました。 ワイングラスに口紅の跡があり変えてもらいましたがちゃんと洗ってるか気をつけて見てくださいね。 部屋は広くてバスタブもあり眺めも良くてスリッパ、歯磨きあり。朝食もオムレツ、目玉焼きもありよかったです。タクシーでシャウエンまで2時間。

部屋は広々としていてキレイで、コスパは良いと思います。アメニティは充実していて快適でした。タンジェ空港から帰るための1泊のみで旧市街には行きませんでしたが、そちらへの観光メインなら避けたほうがよさそうです。

Travelled with my partner for a five-night stay. Overall, it was a decent stay. The location is excellent and within walking distance of most places. However, front-facing rooms can be noisy due to constant car horns, so it may be worth requesting a room on the opposite side. The room was a good size, housekeeping kept it clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was poor and never got particularly cold, even on the lowest setting. The hotel feels a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Some fittings were loose, paint was peeling in places, the shower head was dirty, and the bathtub was in need of a deep clean. Unfortunately, the women's steam room was out of order throughout our stay, leaving only the sauna available. Both facilities are very small, fitting only two people comfortably, and must be booked around 45 minutes in advance. Our most disappointing experience was on the final night. Reception advised my partner to join me in the men's steam room as the women's was still unavailable. We called ahead to ensure it was ready, but another guest entered and became angry, claiming he had been there first. Although I explained I rang Reception, he continued shouting, so we chose to leave rather than risk an argument and spoiling our holiday. Breakfast was average and could benefit from more hot options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a decent hotel, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Nous avons séjourné au Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences pour célébrer les 50 ans de mariage de mes parents, et ce séjour restera un magnifique souvenir pour toute notre famille. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une très belle vue, des chambres spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Mention spéciale au service housekeeping : le nettoyage était impeccable et les lits très confortables. Un immense merci à Fatima, manager housekeeping, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son sourire remarquable qui font toute la différence. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, varié et généreux. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est surtout la qualité exceptionnelle du service, digne d’un véritable palace. Mes parents ont énormément apprécié l’attention portée aux moindres détails. Un immense merci à Mohamed Fahmy, chef de rang remarquable, pour son élégance dans le service, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Merci également à Yassine, à l’accueil du restaurant, pour son accueil chaleureux et son accompagnement attentionné dès notre arrivée. Sans oublier Radia et Hakima, absolument adorables et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Toujours souriantes, élégantes, discrètes et extrêmement attentionnées, elles étaient constamment aux petits soins avec mes parents et avec nous. Tous les quatre ont offert un service digne des plus grands palaces et ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable.

On a passé un séjour fantastique, l’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse, le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent…. On reviendra ☺️

Très bel hôtel, bien situé près de l’eau..centre commercial à 1 minute à pied…plusieurs restaurant à proximité également. La gare est juste en face et les taxis également. Personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais après une semaine on tourne en rond car pas de variation de plat..le personnel du petit déjeuner étaient au petit soin et très gentil!

Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tangier City Center. As an international travel group coordinating accommodations and logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how attentive, welcoming, and helpful the team was throughout our time in Tangier. A special thank you to Hanan Ezzabdi and the concierge team for all of their assistance before and during our stay. From organizing our airport and ferry port transportation to sharing thoughtful local recommendations and cultural highlights, the communication and hospitality were excellent from start to finish. The recommendations for museums, markets, local restaurants, and authentic experiences around Tangier were especially appreciated and helped our travelers experience much more of the city beyond the typical tourist attractions. We also loved the suggestions for traditional Moroccan cuisine and exploring the Medina and local souqs. The transportation arrangements for our large group were handled smoothly and professionally, which made our arrivals and departures significantly easier while traveling internationally with multiple guests and luggage. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and very well located, with beautiful views and easy access to the city. Most importantly, the staff made our group feel genuinely welcomed throughout the stay. We would absolutely recommend Hilton Tangier City Center for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Morocco.

Wonderful all around. Excellent location. Super staff. Wonderful property. Great food, specifically: breakfast, room service, restaurants in the hotel, and executive tappas. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Noise free. Strong internet. Useful gym - 24hrs. Connected to the mall which I normally avoid but this proved useful. It's separate enough to be its own space, but hyper useful if you need to pick up items or to explore during a short rain. Easy walk to the beach. Taxi's always ready to drive you somewhere.

Es gibt eine Bar mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und Gibraltar. Die beiden Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Awesome hotel, beautiful bright rooms with an amazing view. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and the restaurant, entertainment and bar on site are just as good as anywhere else in the city. Hotel is right in the city center, the beautiful Tanger-Ville train station across the road and a shopping mall in the back. 5 min walk to the beachfront and corniche. This will be my go to hotel when returning to Tangier.
