服务有时比较慢，打包卫生要到晚上才来，另外13楼的游泳池一直很凉，原来三四月份去过认为这次6月份会热起来，到还是很凉

两个房间合在一起成长家庭房，孩子们玩的很好，就是有点冷，整体评价不错

Nice hotel to stay in Tangier.Typical Hilton style hotel ,decent location

Gente... hotel 5 estrelas é outro nível. O quarto é ENOOORME, cama enorme e super confortável, tv grande, frigobar, vista de parte da praia, cortina com black out, banheiro com banheira e privada separada. Única coisa que a porta do blindex do box acaba deixando passar um pouco da água na hora do banho e mesmo colocando toalha no chão acabou molhando bastante. Tem espelho próprio pra mulherada se maquiar. Muitas luzes no banheiro. Muitos amenities. O andar com carpete MUITO cheiroso. Possui um bar que não tive tempo de ir e um restaurante onde tomamos o café da manhã que era FABULOSO. INÚMERAS opções e tudo muito gostoso. A vista do restaurante é incrível, pois é bem do alto. A piscina é muito boa, porém a água bem gelada mesmo indo na época de calor (junho). Tem dois ofurôs pequenos e um deles com água aquecida. Acho que o outro podia ser aquecido também. Também não seria uma má ideia da piscina ter a opção de ser aquecida para uma experiência mais agradável. Localização PERFEITA. A estação de trem é literalmente EM FRENTE. E está a 2 pequenas quadras da praia principal da cidade onde tem a orla linda da cidade de Tânger. Equipe do hotel super simpática. Um ponto importante (pra mim) possui ferro e tábua de passar roupa no quarto. Isso foi incrível, pois gosto de usar vestidos longos e que precisam passar.

Great location opposite the railway station. One of the best hotels I have been in. Prices are reasonable too given the quality. Service levels are exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tangier City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the facilities are outstanding. A special thank you to Imad/Mohamed at the front desk for the warm welcome and professional service. We would also like to thank Zakaria in the restaurant for his friendly, attentive, and excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back

The swimming pool area is undergoing reconstruction, which makes using the swimming pool difficult .

Great place near the beach and the mall and the train station. Make sure to request non smoking floor or room. Breakfast selection was great!

Es war sauber, aber die Toiletten haben etwas gerochen. Wir haben einen Gutschein als Entschädigung bekommen. Frühstück war prima, Abendessen auch! Mitten in Tanjier war die Gegend sehr belebt, aber das Meer fusslauefig erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist modern und liegt nah zum Strand. Auf dem 15 Stock befindet sich Restaurant, wo man Ozeanblick beim Frühstück genießen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal in ganzem Hotel ist sehr, sehr nett. Das Zimmer wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt. Das Bett ist komfortabel, die Kissen sind bequem. Absolute Empfehlung für alle.

Travelled with my partner for a five-night stay. Overall, it was a decent stay. The location is excellent and within walking distance of most places. However, front-facing rooms can be noisy due to constant car horns, so it may be worth requesting a room on the opposite side. The room was a good size, housekeeping kept it clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was poor and never got particularly cold, even on the lowest setting. The hotel feels a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Some fittings were loose, paint was peeling in places, the shower head was dirty, and the bathtub was in need of a deep clean. Unfortunately, the women's steam room was out of order throughout our stay, leaving only the sauna available. Both facilities are very small, fitting only two people comfortably, and must be booked around 45 minutes in advance. Our most disappointing experience was on the final night. Reception advised my partner to join me in the men's steam room as the women's was still unavailable. We called ahead to ensure it was ready, but another guest entered and became angry, claiming he had been there first. Although I explained I rang Reception, he continued shouting, so we chose to leave rather than risk an argument and spoiling our holiday. Breakfast was average and could benefit from more hot options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a decent hotel, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Nous avons séjourné au Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences pour célébrer les 50 ans de mariage de mes parents, et ce séjour restera un magnifique souvenir pour toute notre famille. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une très belle vue, des chambres spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Mention spéciale au service housekeeping : le nettoyage était impeccable et les lits très confortables. Un immense merci à Fatima, manager housekeeping, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son sourire remarquable qui font toute la différence. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, varié et généreux. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est surtout la qualité exceptionnelle du service, digne d’un véritable palace. Mes parents ont énormément apprécié l’attention portée aux moindres détails. Un immense merci à Mohamed Fahmy, chef de rang remarquable, pour son élégance dans le service, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Merci également à Yassine, à l’accueil du restaurant, pour son accueil chaleureux et son accompagnement attentionné dès notre arrivée. Sans oublier Radia et Hakima, absolument adorables et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Toujours souriantes, élégantes, discrètes et extrêmement attentionnées, elles étaient constamment aux petits soins avec mes parents et avec nous. Tous les quatre ont offert un service digne des plus grands palaces et ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable.
