2部屋予約しましたが、1部屋分の予約しかなく確認に手間取りました。ホテルスタッフはこちらの言い分をよく聞いて、ハプニングにも丁寧な対応で安心しました。

Breakfast was good but Svc was not as staff would stand around but not go around to tables to ask clients if they need coffee/tea or anything . Needs improvement in servicing clients .

The room AC was not working And upon complaining the reception they gave us a fan. The person at the reception was very unfriendly and does not know how to behave with the customer.

Hôtel mal insonorisé

This hotel is definitely not a 4 stars. It’s actually quite mediocre. Here are several observations, related to a single night stay. 1. The air conditioning is our suite was basically non effective. 2. The shower stream was very weak, and its structure was beat up and unclean. 3. The room itself was worn out, all be it clean. 4. When we complained about the AC and the shower, they sent someone. But when we told the lady at reception that these two problems were still ongoing, she gave us a dirty look and replied: “well, I already sent someone. 5. There was a written notice on the walls saying that they apologized in advance for the fact that there would be renovation works between 10:30 am and 6:00 pm. However, major repairs started at 9:32 am, with sounds of electric drills, hammers and electric saw… 6. Then, one a little detail, but that speaks volumes about the lack of quality of this hotel: the hand soap in the bathroom was tiny and very thin… The type of soaps one would find in cheap motels…

The service was terrible. Room was old, bathroom had molds on ceiling and wall.

Notre séjour c’est bien déroulé. Le personnel a été accueillant et disponible. La chambre était sympathique mais dommage que le balcon soit petit.

On nous annonce qu’il y a des travaux dans l’hôtel qu’une fois sur place et après avoir payé. Que ce ne sont que des petits travaux de changement de moquettes sauf que ce n’est pas vrai, ça tape dans tous les sens, c’est infernal. Que les travaux sont de 10h à 18h, FAUX ENCORE, 9h ça tape à coup de marteau. Et la chambre sent mauvais le moisie. Un autre chambre pareil. TOUS L’HÔTEL !!!! Honnêtement j’ai vu des hôtels avec des petits soucis mais LÀ C’EST DU FOUTAGE DE GUEULE !!! Un conseil, ne doutez pas, cherchez ailleurs!!!

They have construction very noisy and staff are rude unprofessional

Le staff de l’hotel ainsi que du restaurant est fantastique, serviable, aimable et tres professionnel. La suite aurait besoin de renovation mais jai appris a mon depart que des plans pour cette action sont prets dans un futur tres proche. Tant mieux parce que je reviendrais! Merci

Le petit déjeuner très moyens. Le reste est très bien

Le buffet petit déjeuner est bien. Les employés sont aidants. L’hôtel a un bar. Les chambres sont bien.

The hotel was very good with easy parking. It was at walking distance from shopping and restaurants. It’s very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent situation. Staff very gentle. We love the decoration and the style. It was perfect.

Nice hotel, although in need of refurbishment (carpeting and furnishings are a bit dated). Staff and service live up to expectations. The location is ideal for visiting Rabat. I recommend it!
