Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e professionale, e il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. La struttura, tuttavia, non ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative e non ci è sembrata coerente con gli standard di un 5 stelle.

bel hotel, mais nécessite selon moi un petit rafraichissement au niveau des chambres. bel endroit, piscine fraiche mais superbe et le service impeccable

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern und tollem, persönlichem Service. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett für meinen Geschmack etwas gar hart. Leckeres Frühstück mit persönlichem Service. Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden es wiederum in Betracht ziehen.

Séjour extrêmement agréable, avec service « à la carte ». Merci en particulier à Omar , qui a été « à nos petits soins » pendant les 4 jours que nous avons passés à Ouerzazate .

Upscale hotel excellent room and lobby decor. Limited dining options.

Hotel is kitschy but fun! They did a great job and we loved our stay. The staff, especially the manager were awesome and try so hard to please. Only weak point was dinner Overpriced and underwhelming.

We really enjoyed this beautifully appointed and relaxing property. Had a swim in the pool, enjoyed dinner and got into the groove of the Moroccan desert.

Wonderful place and wonderful staff!

I stayed here 5 days and was smitten from the first moment. The decor may not be everyone's taste and may seem a little OTT but the rooms are of generous size, very comfortably furnished and the location is very quiet. The staff are discrete and very obliging, they serve excellent food more or less to your wishes. It is near the airport, in fact 15 minutes walking distance and on the edge of town. But it is only about 20 minutes to the main part of the centre. The small garden and swimming pool make for relaxing space. This is a unique hotel of quality and worth the extra for escaping the bustle of large hotels.

Great place and quiet

We were the only ones there, but there were two staff members to take care of us. They were so attentive and kind. Had a wonderful breakfast. The room we stayed in was just lovely.

No heating

Property is incredibly beautiful, but pricey. But I guess one goes with the other? It's big, beautifully decoorated, well laid out. The grounds are beautiful too. Small staff that does their absolute best to please. Only gripes are we did a small load of laundry that cost $80.00 US dollars...Ouch, and the Kundun suite only had one bathroom for the 3 of us. Other Riads we'd been to of the size we wanted have had two. That would have made it even more superior. Other than that, great property to give you a break coming out of the desert before continuing to Marrakech.

Je suis très très déçu de la part de l'hôtel. J'y suis allé avec ma petite famille (2 bébés et une femme enceinte). L'air climatisée de fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre, l'eau froide pour se laver crachait du sable donc ne fonctionnait pas et plus un détail mais le câble ne fcontionnait pas (moins important à mes yeux, mais quand tu paies). Souper et déjeuner bien, mais faut dire l'heure et tes choix des heures avant (pas pratique avec de jeunes enfants). Bref, nous ne sommes pas resté la dernière nuit car la chaleur dans la chambre était épuisante pour tout le monde et le proprio n'a pas voulu me rembourser une seule cenne. (équivaut à 410$ Canadiens...ouch). Vraiment déçu, je nw recommande aucunement... Notez que le personnel est par contre très gentils.
