街の入り口から20分ほど歩きます。リアドの場所に行く道は慣れるまでは迷路です笑 中は綺麗でスタッフの方も親切でした。

I was satified with staying this RIAD. The staff are so good.

悪いところは特に見つからなかった。

本当に素晴らしいリヤドでした。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧でとても良くしていただきました。 観光にも場所も良いですし、私はあまりの居心地の良さに書き物や読み物をして一日リヤドで過ごす日もありました。本当にオススメです。 近くのジュース屋さんのミックスフルーツジュースがビックリするくらいおいしいです。 しかし注意点は初めてでは絶対辿り着けない場所にあるので必ず事前にリヤドに連絡し空港や駅などに迎えに来てもらった方がいいです。狭い路地にあるのでタクシーも入れません。道案内でぼったくられたくなかったら必ず連絡を。

暖かいスタッフで、快適な滞在でした。オーナーはフランス人で、英語も堪能で、色々教えてくれました。フナ広場まで歩いて10-15分くらいです。ホテルの看板はなく、路地の奥にあるので、迎えに来てもらわないと、たどり着けないと思います。

２日目に友達と合流だったので　事前にリアドに連絡して　送迎とディナーをリアドで食べれる様に頼んだ。　素敵にテーブルセッティングをしてくれ　お料理も美味しかった。　看板もない　迷路のような　道の中にある　リアドで　始め着いた時は　凄く不安だったけど、オーナーもスタッフも凄くいい人だった。２日目には　現地の友達と来て泊まり、スークで買い物。広場までは ５−１０分。慣れれば早く行ける。色んなお店を見ながら　歩いて行くので　苦痛ではない。　リアドのスタッフが親切に　リアドから広場までの地図をわかりやすく　ミントティーを出してくれながら　手書きで書いて説明してくれた。　　 自分の家の様にリラックスして下さいって言われたように　本当に　自由に　リアド内の　テラスで休憩したりできる。　　 女性の一人旅でも平気なリアドでした。始めは緊張しましたが。　メールバックも素早やかたですよ。

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad and in particular we were impressed by all the staff. They could not have been more helpful throughout!

Très bel accueil par le personnel qui était aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Le riad est authentique et rénové avec gout. La terrasse sur le toit offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur la ville et l'Atlas. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité. La seule petite remarque était le manque d'eau chaude.

Traditional riayd but found the night staff to be inattentive (waited 10m to let us in), room doors difficult to open and lock and the beds were the equivalent sleeping on a massage table. Traditional in decor and design plus a gorgeous rooftop, however, missed the mark on finer details

What can I say but wow! This was my first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The riad was beautiful and in a great location - very close to the Medina entrance. The service was top notch! Marwan and the rest of the gentlemen who worked there were incredibly helpful. They met us upon arrival at the Medina entrance, arranged airport transfers and on very short notice got us an appointment at a Hammam. Thank you, Marwan for a great trip!

Wonderful riad with amazing service and beautiful room and bathroom right in the heart of the Medina. Ten minute max walk to all of the main sites. Wonderful hospitality from all of the staff and many, many areas inside to relax and sit to regroup after the mayhem of Marrakech. The roof was amazing to lay on and we lay in the pools. Thank you to Patrick and Marwan for all that they did to make us comfortable!

Great location. Service was friendly but disorganised at times . Rooms were pleasant. Breakfast ok but not as good as other Riads we had stayed at

My recent stay at this property was unfortunately marred by a series of substantial issues that significantly impacted our experience. I feel it's important to detail these concerns for prospective guests. Safety Hazard at Entrance:The main entrance door is notably low-set, posing a consistent head-strike hazard. On the day of my departure, I unfortunately hit my head, underscoring this safety concern. Mismatched Room & Severe Plumbing Issues(First Night): The room provided on our first night was considerably smaller than what was advertised and reserved through Expedia. More critically, both the vanity and shower had active water leaks, which severely disrupted our sleep. Ongoing Plumbing & Environmental Concerns (Subsequent Nights): For the following two nights, while the room size was adequate, the water leakage issues persisted. Furthermore, the room was poorly lit, and its window opened directly to common area, compromising privacy. Unsafe and Unsanitary Surroundings:The immediate vicinity of the property did not feel safe, necessitating vigilance when walking to and from the hotel. The streets were consistently dirty and emitted unpleasant odors,negatively impacting the impression of the location. Frequent Power Outages:We experienced power outages on all 3 nights of our stay. On one occasion, the power supply was interrupted multiple times, causing significant inconvenience. Only positive side is staff Inconvenient Payment System:The property lacks an automated payment

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and educated about the property and the surrounding areas. Every need was met!

Enjoyed my stay here for 7 nights. Staff were really helpful. Fell really ill on my last night which I think was food poisoning from takeaway I ordered night before. Anyway, though my check out was 12pm and my flight was 22:00pm, the owner was kind enough to allow me nap until my flight time. They also arranged my cab for me to the airport on departure which I think was cheaper than booking elsewhere. Really greatful for all the staff👍 Only downside or rather something I'll suggest is perhaps to request payment from guest days before checkout and not last minute leaving the hotel.

Super séjour en famille ! Un cadre très sympa en immersion total dans la vie marocaine ! Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel Des plats délicieux fait par Dalila une cuisinière et une femme très très gentille ( ma maman marocaine ) Une équipe au top avec un gros big up et un vrai coup de coeur pour Ahmed ! Une personne formidable et très professionnel ! Une personne de confiance qui est devenu un ami dans un autre pays ! Big up également à Khaled et Marwan qui se sont également très bien occupé de nous ! A vrai coup de cœur pour les personnes qui se sont occupées de nous Une super expérience !
