アルプ ホテル アムステルダム

エレベーターが無いことだけが唯一の欠点（？）で、観光から帰ってきた後はなかなかしんどいです。でも慣れてしまえば問題ありません。 他の方の口コミ通り、スタッフはとても親切で、到着してすぐに地図を見ながら色々と説明をしてくれますし、ホットドリンクも頂けます（ただしロビーでのみ）。私は滞在中は毎日ホットドリンクを頂いてくつろいでから、部屋に戻っていました。部屋の冷蔵庫のコールドドリンクも無料です。ホテルの目の前がトラムの停留所で、すぐ近くにスーパーがあり、とても便利です。 部屋はバルコニー付でかわいくて、毎日フルーツが枕元にありました。朝食は毎日同じですが、生野菜・ハム・チーズがあり、パンの種類も豊富で飽きませんでした。

エレベータとエアコンが無いのが残念。落ち着いたホテル。

今回は高齢の叔母を連れての旅行。欧州では少ないツインベッドルームの確保がネックの中、こちらのホテルでは初めから「ツインベッドルーム」の部屋を予約ができました。（通常、ヨーロッパはツイン又はダブルベッドが多く、リクエストを出しても当日迄どちらか分からない事もある）ただし、心配性の私はホテルにメールをして確認しましたが、即「ちゃんとツインが取れているので心配しない様に」と快い返事をいただきました。また、他の条件は二の次だったにも関わらず、思いがけず色々な観光名所迄の交通の便が大変に良く助かりました。トラムでホテル前の駅からセントラルステーション、ゴッホミュージアム、Dam広場など、どれも乗り換え無しで行かれます。また、公共交通機関の一日単位の使い捨てカードがなんと！ホテル内で買う事ができ、ガイドブックに記されていた代表的な売り場まで買いに行く手間も省けます。ウエルカムドリンクにビールなどもあり、夏の爽やかな暑さの中、中庭の日陰でゆっくりビールを飲んでいる間に、スタッフの一人が地図と色々な観光名所の場所やトラムの番号を説明をしてくれました。その地図はガイドブックよりもトラムの駅や観光名所が見やすく、滞在期間中大変助かりました。ホテルの前がトラムの通り道、駅、と交通の便が良い分、多少その騒音が気になりますが、耳栓が用意されており、眠る時にはさして気になりませんでした。あと、エレベーターがついていませんが、トランクはお願いすると快く上げ下げをしてくれたので、問題ありません。スタッフは皆大変感じが良く、全てにおいて満足でした。近所に洒落たレストランは目につきませんでしたが、交通の便がいいので不便なく、すぐぞばにスーパーがあるので、ちょっとした買い物は問題ありません。いつかまた訪れる事があれば、是非もう一度泊まりたいです。

It was hard to climb up stairs, but the staffs are very kind. Whatever we asked, they tried to answer nicely.

Excellent hotel. Very easy access via the transport system into the city centre and beyond. Helpful staff always on hand and spotlessly clean room.

Equipe e comodidade

Room very clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and shower powerful with hot water. The toiletries and dental packs supplied were of good quality. Reception staff very helpful and polite. The staircase is quite narrow (which is likely standard for most houses in the city) and would likely prove difficult with a lot of luggage / heavy cases. We were only staying two nights so wasn't much to carry. Booked triple room with balcony for the three of us and couldn't really fault it. Would definitely look to book again if we come back to Amsterdam.

We stayed for two nights on the second day I got up with bug bites on my face and arms but did not know what it was. When I returned to the hotel that night I was on my computer in bed when a bed bug crawled over my shoulder I squashed it in a napkin and googled bed bugs to see what they look like it was an exact match. I took it to the night clerk in the lobby and was told they didn’t have bed bugs and could help me. I refused to go back to the room so he called his manager again and told me they would let me use another room. Their conversation repeatedly mentioned New York and he told me I could have brought it in from the plane. He never commiserated or apologized for the situation. I told him I hope they at least address the bed bug problem when I leave even though they were pretending my bites were a total mystery. I’m still suffering through the itching and discomfort from the bites on my arms and face. I did not ask for a refund on the stay. I will not be going back there.

O quarto era bastante confortável, o aquecedor era ótimo, o chuveiro delicioso. Tinha aquecedor de toalha, que é uma delicia. A cama era um pouco mole pro me gosto, mas tudo estava muito bom.

We had a really great time. Staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Location was super convenient and close to downtown while still having a lot of local cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Second time at this hotel. Comfortable room and beds, love the location, plus the balcony is a bonus.

Hotel bem localizado com staff super atencioso e solícito. Chuveiro ótimo. Camas aconchegantes e linda sacada voltada pra rua. Único problema mesmo são as escadas, mas que não é um grande problema. Recomendo!

I liked the location. It was close to the areas we wanted to explore. Walking to and from the hotel was easy. It was extremely hot and with no air conditioning sleeping was tough. My room was small and the bathroom sink was in a difficult position. With the shelf just above the faucet. The water from the shower would wet much of the bathroom floor so using the bath mat towel is a must. At least there was a fan in the room to help move air during the night. The stairs to get to my room on the second floor are extremely steep and the treads are narrow so carrying luggage was a challenge. The front desk staff was great and very friendly and helpful. I was not bugged by cleaning staff on checkout day which is really nice. Overall I was satisfied with the Alp Hotel and would recommend it to people on a budget.

Hotel bem localizado . Staff super atencioso . Não tem elevador, o que é comum em Amsterdam. Dispõe de café , chá como cortesia na recepção, o que é um mimo

Even though room was extremely small it was a perfect location great balcony and staff was amazing and very helpful!! Would def stay here again!
