バーが素敵だった

スタッフの方がとても親切で、フロントにはオーナーが飼っている猫が２匹いてとても可愛いです。 清潔感もあり、部屋も広々していて良かったです。 またロビーには無料のドリンクやちょっとしたお菓子も置いてあってのんびりできます。 ホテル全体のデザインもとても可愛かったです！ 周辺はホテルの西側は治安も良く日が暮れても歩きやすいと思います。東側は少し治安が良くないようにも感じましたが、危機感を持ってスタスタ歩けば大丈夫だと思います。

Good breakfast in terms of quality and variety. However, expensive if you are not eating a lot. Rooms lovely. All staff were exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the bar, which was private for residents.

A nice room, great location, and very friendly staff (including the lobby cats) There was also a very nice sauna included for guest use.

I find it difficult to describe and rate Hotel Estheréa. Why is that? Well, this hotel is a place you have to sense! Yes, I know it sounds fluffy but when you enter the lobby at Hotel Estheréa, you enter a different world. The design and interior is overwhelming. Some would say it's a bit over the top, I say it's - yes - magical!. My job brings me to Amsterdam every year in November. For the last 12 years, I have ONLY been staying at Estheréa. For me there is simply no alternative.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, the design was beautiful, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is magnificent! The area is on the perfect spot, the hotel is very clean and posh! Though the bath leaked, but overall, we loved our stay! Still 5 star for me, just need to fix that bath tab :)

Horrible management. Expensive hotel for what it is. Not worth it

Room was exceptional! I had ask for an upgrade to a king room and they gave us a meeting room, which they also for very spacious and well decorated guest room. WOW! The location was great and staff was even better. Would definitely stay there again.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve been seen and stay.

The hotel is beautiful and very unique. This is our second time staying here and there really is something quite magical about this place at this time of year. The communal areas and the rooms are all spotlessly clean, we really like that there are complimentary drinks and treats available for you to enjoy. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The only reason why I’ve not given 5 stars is because the beds are quite firm, which I know is personal preference and despite them adding an additional mattress topper, I still didn’t sleep that well. The main stairwell was also out of use for some reason which meant we had to use the very slow and small lift and in parts of the hotel there was a sewage smell like there was a blocked drain or something, we smelled this both in the lounge area and in the bathroom which was quite unpleasant. I would say these are small things that can easily be resolved and compared to all the many wonderful things about this hotel it didn’t stop our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely visit again.

Cleans room with comfy bed and pillows, heated bathroom floor, and the beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel so festive!

The hotel should let guests know they have 2 cats, I have severe allergies to cats.
