アムステルダムの素晴らしい景観の一部に滞在するという経験ができるホテルでした。 私たちの泊まった部屋は三角屋根の伝統的なオランダ建築の屋根裏部屋で、細長い間取りながらも十分なスペースがあり、清潔でよく手入れされた部屋で心地よく過ごせました。部屋に上がるにはエレベーターを降りてから更に階段(とても狭い！)を2つ上らなければなりませんでしたが、荷物の上げ下ろしはスタッフが手伝ってくれたので問題はありませんでした。 むしろ、その不便ささえ、まるで17世紀のオランダの生活を体験しているような珍しい経験に思えてとても楽しかったです。英語が苦手な私たちでしたが、フロントのスタッフはとても優しく、根気強く対応してくれたのもありがたかったです。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらおうと行くと、すぐに予約確認と荷物預かりをスタッフから申し出てくださり、スムーズに観光にでることができました。中央駅や旧教会からすぐで便利な場所でした。

何も詫びを言われず他のホテルに回されました。 タクシーを呼んでくれたのですが、タクシー代も払わされました。

Excellent location for the central station (around a 10minute walk max) and close to local attractions. We stayed in a double room on the 3rd floor (be aware there is a lift to the 2nd floor and then steep steps up to the 3rd floor. These weren’t an issue for us but would be if mobility issues). Our room was clean, bathroom clean and we slept well, no noise heard from anywhere. Staff were welcoming and always someone available if you needed them which we didn’t. Would happily stay again and the price we paid was very good in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Well kept place convenient to city sites

Perfecte ligging. Vlak bij het centrum en centraal station. Alles is aanwezig. Heerlijk geslapen. Bed goed, douche warm. Prima prijs voor een hotel op deze locatie

Location was perfect ,staff very friendly, beds super comfy, bathroom very clean, the room temperature was also comfortable!

Very well located & close to the station. Reception staff was friendly. Rooms are extremely small & has absolutely NO view outside of the hotel even though we paid for room with NO LIMITED view but the reception said these are the only ones they had. There was also a smell of sewage in the washroom.

We had some serious issues, but the assistant manager was outstanding in helping out.

Central, walking distance to Amsterdam Central and the cruise ship port.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Location okay. Close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance to the canals and sightseeing locations. Expected more for the price, but Amsterdam is very expensive so I guess we shouldn't have been surprised. Tiny hotel, with just a few rooms per floor. Some of the rooms are in the basement, with no windows. I was told I booked the basement, but I don't remember 'basement' being mentioned anywhere in the booking process. I did book the least expensive rooms. Four ladies traveling together, so two rooms. One got upgraded to the first floor, so had to draw straws for who would be in the basement. Just one night on a 24 hour layover, so it worked out okay.

Excellent location from the ferry coach drop off point and close to the station. Just a short walk to the main areas for exploring too. They were more than happy for us to drop our bags off in the morning so we could head out to explore the city unencumbered by baggage, we did the same on check out, returning on our way to the coach pick up point to collect our bags. We encountered 3 different staff members, all greeted us and were friendly in their interactions. Check in was quick and easy as was checking out. The hotel was clean and the room well presented with a modern feel. We didnt hear any noise from other guests and had a comfortable and pleasant nights sleep with no outside disturbances, the air con worked well. Our only minor grumble and its very minor was there is only 1 plug socket in the refreshment/fridge area so we had to keep unplugging the fridge to use the coffee machine or kettle. We could have moved the kettle to the other side of the room but we couldnt be bothered! We would definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book it again on a future trip.

A good access to the city center, but the price is high when you consider what this 3 star hotel offers. The toilet smells all the time. I dont understand why the pillows are small, the size of cushions!

The hotel is very nicely situated with perfect walking distance to everything. The room was quiet and nice. Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, however, the man checking us in was rude, unhelpful and made it seem as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame to have to write, because the rest of the staff were very nice, but truly, I've never before been met with such behaviour from staff at a hotel, anywhere in the world.
