Good location Room is old and small, need to climb up stairs, not convenient if you have big luggage

隔音超級無敵差，連樓上的腳步聲也聽得很清楚 地理位置不錯，衛生一般，床單上都有頭髮。。。。。。。。。

Nice and convenient hotel. Our room is at 2nd floor, it has a nice view. Yet, a bit noisy when someone use the stairs go to the 3rd floor.

Location is good, confidence in dining and walkable dististant to train station. Clean & nice view outside the window.

離central station近，位置於大馬路旁，人流少不會感到吵雜。酒店旁有小酒bar，步行5分鐘有小便利店營業至凌晨12點。酒店整體整潔乾淨，房間小但設備完整。可是房間設計主要用黑色而燈光很暗，房間地板是斜的，小心注意避免仆倒。

到火車站大約十分鐘，離超級市場有一段距離。 酒店職員友善，每次出入也會打招呼。電梯口有折扣卡，不要錯過。 房間整體整潔，可惜被單上有數根頭髮，反映後有替我更換，可是更換後被單粗糙，床褥有很多毛粒，睡得不太舒服。

房間太小了，房間也有一個味道不好聞，價錢又是這次旅行最貴的

櫃檯很親切，房間小但夠用，乾淨，每天更換，衣櫃夠大，廁所水夠熱。唯獨床墊很容易亂跑，睡一半就偏一邊，不是很舒適。

The staff is very helpful, they helped me to solve all my problems with heart. The location is perfect which is only 5 minutes walk from the central station. The room is generally okay. Everything is great.

10-15mins walk from Amsterdam Central station, not really close to it. Only one staff on duty, if he/she leave the reception for whatever reason, the main door will be locked by the staff. Room size normal, but the bed is not comfortable at all. Air ventilation inside the bathroom is very weak, the water temperature is not stable during shower. Even though we hanged the DND sign on the room door, house keeping still come in and staff from the reception still call into our room. (Huh?!) A bit noisy in late night as the back of the hotel was next to the canal, enginee noise from boats are quite loud. Won't come back again.

À part les quelques connards qui ont déclenché l’alarme incendie à cinq reprises durant la dernière nuit du séjour, l’hôtel est top. A pieds de la gare centrale et du centre d’Amsterdam. Check in / check out facile, chambre propre et sympathique, douche avec une bonne pression. L’équipe de ménage était très gentille.

My stay here was ok. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself was not something to get excited about. The first night there our friends had to move rooms because their room lost power. The second day we lost hot water. We didn’t get hot water back until 2 days before we left. They were nice enough to walk us to a near by hotel to shower with hot water but still, it wasn’t ideal when your on a vacation. They had a water leak somewhere and it made the hallways smell extremely bad. Like rotted old wood. We were given a refund of 1 night only. We should have been offered a new hotel to stay at or a refund of 3 nights total since that’s how long the hot water was off for. I understand things happen and some are uncontrollable but when your guests have traveled across the world to visit , you should find a way to make it more accommodating for them.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, good location. On first inspection of room, was clean and tidy but unfortunately a couple days in, noticed blood on the sheets, then had numerous bites on me and my husband from bed bugs. I did not expect this from a superior room and the price I paid as it was quite expensive, this has spoilt our stay, which is a shame as we had such a lovely time so far, glad to be home now in our bed but still very itchy.

Easy online check in. Lady on reception in the evening was very friendly, gentleman in the morning, not so. Room was comfortable and shower room was modern. No noise, which was unexpected, considering location. Had a kettle and 2 English tea bags, no milk or sugar. Vending machine in reception, should you want a water, was cash only.
