We had a great stay at RH Boutique Hotel Aruba. The hotel is super cute, modern, and very well kept, with a boutique feel that immediately makes you feel comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s very centrally located in Oranjestad, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area, while still being quiet enough to relax. Having a rental car made it even easier to get around the island from here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The pool area is also a nice bonus, perfect for cooling off after a day out. If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located boutique hotel in Aruba that feels easy and uncomplicated, RH Boutique Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean. Our vehicle was safe, it was inside the compound. It is aways from all the noise. I slept very well.

A few things, First we noticed that our room door was not locking but they explained that they had changed the locks and there was a malfunction so they moved us to another room which was fine. Then, I had accidentally made a small burn on the blanket when ironing as I didn’t know you had to request an ironing board if you needed one (they do not provide them in the rooms), so I made them aware and they charged my card to replace the blanket, also fine. After we left the hotel they sent me a message accusing me of damaging their iron. I explained that the burn on the blanket was super small and there was no need for me to damage the iron to get it off. I simply pulled it off. They sent me a picture of a scratched up iron, which is exactly what the iron looked like before we got there. I explained that the damage was there before I used it and that I wouldn’t lie about damaging the iron as I was very quick to inform them about the blanket. They went ahead to charge my card again for the iron and completely ignored me. It’s important to note that upon arriving, they insisted on writing my credit card information down on a sheet of paper (this is their policy to prevent people from disputing transactions but is a serious security risk in my opinion). Anyways I would not recommend and will not be returning as I did not appreciate how they handled this. Overall the rooms are fine, it’s more of an Airbnb than a hotel as you have a mini apartment.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. I felt safe as a solo traveler. On thing I disliked was the parking. Although it’s gated and requires a key to access, you need a compact car otherwise you will have difficulties parking at night when it’s pretty much full.

This has been the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Aruba. The rooms were super clean. The hotel was very nice. The cafeteria staff were very friendly and the host who checked us in and I don’t remember her name was super awesome and Steve us with hot coffee upon arrival, I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning to our H as it’s expanding and becoming an even bigger hotel. Thank you for having us.

Very clean and quiet, felt very safe and appreciated

Excellent - great staff

We loved our stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed us to borrow beach chairs and a cooler. Any request was met, they were just great. A couple areas for improvement would be the dishes stocked in the kitchen (they were so fragile, and had just enough to make do ie: 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 bowls) and the coffee maker was full of grounds in the water compartment. Also there was a situation with the key and they only had one per room, it would be nice if they invested in more room key cards. Such small things though, it was really truly a great stay and we can't wait to come back and would recommend to any family and friends to stay here.

1. I didn’t find the location handy. 2. (And this is a BIG one). There was very little heat with the water. My showers were lukewarm at best. Not good in general. Horrible for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis. 3. I requested a late check out. The gal at the desk granted me an extra hour. I went to the desk at 11 to check out and let them know I’d be leaving in an hour. There was a different gal there. She said no, I had to leave right then. I told her the other gal said I could stay till noon. She said no, I could not stay the extra hour. I told her it was too bad cause we weren’t ready to leave. The room was spacious and nice though.

Rent och stort rum med två dubbelsängar för två. Bra kök, fullt utrustat. Ganska långt till restauranger och barer, men ok avstånd till matbutik. Poolen var ok.

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has a nice cafeteria with a beautiful garden and a nice bbq place. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is super friendly. Great service! Will definitely stay again.

A limpeza estava impecável, tinha tudo que precisávamos na cozinha e o hotel tem uma decoração de muito bom gosto que faz o lugar bem confortável. O apto é espaçoso, silencioso, ar condicionado funcionando bem em todos os ambientes.

I like everything about this property it was modern, clean and nice also spacious rooms, I would recommend this property but you will need transportation to visit the town area which is 8 mins away driving.

The property is well kept. The staff hours seemed inconsistent. Be aware of your arrival time on island vs check-in time; there may not be anyone there to let you in the gated property. I spent some time waiting to be let in and then sitting in the coffee shot patio waiting for front desk to arrive. The room was nice and clean. The area of the hotel is very residential so you must have a car to come and go. There’s not much around but private homes. There is a very small pool, which I didn’t use. The property is adjacent to a major elevated highway so there is that aesthetic. There is a small coffee shop/restaurant on site that looked nice with a nice outdoor seating area.

Ótima acomodação, muito melhor do que eu esperava, pois não havia muita informação nas fotos, ficamos em 3 hotéis em Aruba, os outros 2 de valores bem superiores, mas o RH entregou tudo, bom atendimento, quarto enorme, completo e confortável, piscina boa, café em anexo disponível com muitas opções e qualidade! Não é tão perto da praia, mas com o carro alugado não foi um problema, pois há muito estacionamento nas praias. Resumo: Recomendo muito!
