We loved our stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed us to borrow beach chairs and a cooler. Any request was met, they were just great. A couple areas for improvement would be the dishes stocked in the kitchen (they were so fragile, and had just enough to make do ie: 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 bowls) and the coffee maker was full of grounds in the water compartment. Also there was a situation with the key and they only had one per room, it would be nice if they invested in more room key cards. Such small things though, it was really truly a great stay and we can't wait to come back and would recommend to any family and friends to stay here.

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has a nice cafeteria with a beautiful garden and a nice bbq place. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is super friendly. Great service! Will definitely stay again.

1. I didn’t find the location handy.
2. (And this is a BIG one). There was very little heat with the water. My showers were lukewarm at best. Not good in general. Horrible for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
3. I requested a late check out. The gal at the desk granted me an extra hour. I went to the desk at 11 to check out and let them know I’d be leaving in an hour. There was a different gal there. She said no, I had to leave right then. I told her the other gal said I could stay till noon. She said no, I could not stay the extra hour. I told her it was too bad cause we weren’t ready to leave.
The room was spacious and nice though.

The property is well kept. The staff hours seemed inconsistent. Be aware of your arrival time on island vs check-in time; there may not be anyone there to let you in the gated property. I spent some time waiting to be let in and then sitting in the coffee shot patio waiting for front desk to arrive.
The room was nice and clean. The area of the hotel is very residential so you must have a car to come and go. There’s not much around but private homes. There is a very small pool, which I didn’t use. The property is adjacent to a major elevated highway so there is that aesthetic. There is a small coffee shop/restaurant on site that looked nice with a nice outdoor seating area.

Ótima acomodação, muito melhor do que eu esperava, pois não havia muita informação nas fotos, ficamos em 3 hotéis em Aruba, os outros 2 de valores bem superiores, mas o RH entregou tudo, bom atendimento, quarto enorme, completo e confortável, piscina boa, café em anexo disponível com muitas opções e qualidade! Não é tão perto da praia, mas com o carro alugado não foi um problema, pois há muito estacionamento nas praias. Resumo: Recomendo muito!

Brilliant place to stay. Stayed a week and was brilliant, rooms perfectly clean, and bigger than expected.
A car is 100% needed (Free Parking included).. as not to much around the area, but that suited us perfectly.
Would return, and would definitely look

I loved this hotel. It was quiet, room and washroom was beautiful with led mirror and smart tv. Staff were great, we had breakfast there once (it’s NOT included) but the prices were good for the amount of food you got. Renting a car is the best way to get around, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes from all the main tourist spots/beaches. I have no complaints, would come back here if I ever return to Aruba! 10/10

RH Boutique Hotel is a 9 minute drive from Eagle Beach and a 37 minute drive to Baby Beach. The hotel is also 7 minutes from the Seaport. Looking pass it’s location in a “rustic” neighborhood, it is in close proximity to places I visited.
When I arrived, I had the hardest time parking in their view small parking lot. I had to get use to reversing backwards into a tight spot. The receptionist was nice. She met me at the parking lot. I noticed she did not offer any help from the car or as she led me up the stairs to my room towards the back. This hotel is definitely not wheelchair accessible or disability friendly.
I debated between this hotel and an AirBnB. I got the “Deluxe King Suite.” From the Expedia description it sounded like a small apartment but just in a hotel. Things I found out were not true: housekeeping is not daily and not available on the Sunday that I was there. There is no “laundry facilities,” they have laundry service that is $10 to wash and $10 to dry. The cafe is not open daily. I went to open the door and found it locked. I went to the front desk and she called and found that it is close. Online, it state that it would not be open until Monday. I asked if there is any food delivery services available. She didn’t seem sure of any that were available. I asked about excursions and tours from the hotel and she did not have any readily available.
Basically, I have come to find out this is an overpriced room, not in the best area of Aruba.

Very spacious and clean rooms, with a small but nice pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a large kitchen and living area that opened right onto the pool. Free and secure parking. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was a good value (for example 2 espresso and 2 croissant for breakfast were $10). It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown, but I would definitely want a car.
