ホテル・ウィルヘルミナ

スタッフはとても親切。小さいホテルにエレベーターがないのはよくあることだけど、4階まで恐ろしいほど急な階段で、絶望的な気持ちになりましたが、スタッフが、重いスーツケースを上まで運んでくれました。

中央駅からは遠いが乗り換え無しで行けるため便利。最寄りのトラム停留所も近く徒歩5分で着く。 近くにスーパーがあり、食材の買い出しもできる。 全体的に日本のビジネスホテルに近い。 チェックインも若い女性が笑顔で愛想良く、日本語で簡単な挨拶をしてくれて嬉しかった。もちろん日本語が通じる訳ではないでしょうが。 荷物預かりもしてくれるが、フロント前のレストランに置いておくだけで特に専用の部屋があるわけではないみたい。 また、フロントで飲み物の販売もあり、使わなかったが自販機もあった。 部屋、トイレやシャワーは清潔で問題なし。 シャワーのお湯の出も文句なし。 電源はベッド両脇に一つずつあり 部屋に湯沸かしポット、コーヒーあり バスアメニティ、ドライヤーあり 毎日のベッドメイクもあり wifiも速く快適 マイナス点としては急な階段のため重いスーツケースの人は少し辛いかも また、壁が薄い。 最初、アムステルダムは中心街にホテルを取ったが、大麻で狂った人が深夜早朝に騒いでおり、全く眠れず困ったためこちらのホテルに移動した。 結果、最初からこちらにしておけば良かったと思った。 中心街から少し距離があり高級ホテルとかではないが、ホテル周辺も静寂で、安く夜は静かに休みたいならオススメです。

アムス全体のホテルに当てはまらないかもしれませんが、部屋が狭く階段が急（窮）勾配です。エレベータはありません。部屋に入ったところ、ブレーカが落ちていて電源が使えませんでした。無線 LAN は遅いですが無料で使えます。シャワールームには、バスタオルしかありません。小さめのタオルは一切ありません。展示会時期に滞在したためか、宿泊費が高かったです。周辺は静かで、朝食向けのパン屋、カフェが数件あります。

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. The problems began at check-in. Despite having contacted the hotel twice in advance and attempting to call immediately upon landing (with no response), the receptionist was rude and confrontational, placing the blame on us instead of offering assistance. This set an unwelcoming tone from the very beginning. The room itself was not maintained to a satisfactory standard. Bed sheets were not properly clean on arrival and were rarely replaced during the stay. Towels were changed infrequently. The plumbing was problematic, with unpleasant odours and poor drainage. The room was also uncomfortably hot; the fan provided was ineffective, and combined with very thin walls and constant street noise at night, restful sleep was almost impossible. Most concerning was a security incident one evening around 10pm, when someone was testing the locks on multiple doors in the hallway, including ours. It was very unsettling. When we called reception to report this, staff dismissed the matter as a “mistake” and offered no reassurance or follow-up, which left us feeling unsafe. Overall, this property failed on both comfort and service. Between the unprofessional reception, poor room standards, lack of safety response, and excessive noise, I could not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay again.

Odaya izinsiz girilmiş ve ayrıca eşyalarımız karıştırılmıştı. Sesten uyuyamadık, koridorda çok fazla ses yapıldı. Ayrıca personel ilgisizdi.

The location and service at the hotel were excellent. Unfortunately there was a strong sewage smell permeating from the bathroom. We were able to close the bathroom door and keep the smell out of the room but each trip to the bathroom/shower was miserable. We loved the location and the staff was excellent but I can’t say I’d stay here again.

The property overall contains problematic plumbing and construction. The room was poorly set up for a double occupancy and the bathroom is definitely in need of engineering and architectural upgrades.

In a very good location, very easy to get to Central Station on the Tram. The staff were very friendly. However, the hotel itself is very dilapidated, also not very clean at all, I got covered in bites all over my arms and legs from bed bugs / fleas in the room, the whole hotel needs a DEEP clean and refresh.

Lage des Hotels ist fabelhaft, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber um das Geld war es ok! Einzig Dusche/Waschbecken/WC ist sehr eng. Wer wert auf große Sauberkeit legt ist hier falsch, den die weiße Bettwäsche war voll mit braunen Spritzer dachte das diese vielleicht ausgetauscht wird doch bis zum 5ten Tag haben wir in dieser Bettwäsche geschlafen.

As expected steep stairs. Houses go up not out. Ingenious use of space. Did exactly what we needed

Front desk staff, George was amazing, efficient, polite and funny. Very Dutch stairwells, but George helped us with our heavy bag. Tiny room, but all the essentials. Super attractive interior design. Walkable to the museum district and right next to Vondelpark. We LOVE this neighborhood. Visit Labyrinth Cocktail Soul Food & Poetry Bar on Sunday for open mic night, walking distance.

Zuerst etwas Positives: die Lage nahe Straßenbahn und Museumsquartier war sehr gut. Man konnte alles fußläufig gut erreichen. Negativ war die mangelnde Sauberkeit (Toilette nicht ausreichend geputzt, Zimmer 3 Tage nicht gestaubsaugt) sowie die gänzlich fehlende Heizung im Bad!!!! Das Zimmer in der 2. Etage war nur über 2 sehr enge, schmale Treppen erreichbar. Für ein Holländerhaus wohl üblich, aber das hätte man vorher ankündigen sollen. Für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig, für behinderte überhaupt nicht möglich. Für den Preis kann man wohl nichts anderes erwarten, aber: nie wieder!

Pleasent room in the city centre. Affordable and friendly staff. Unfortunately 2 hours before checking out while I was having a shower the power of the hotel stopped working. When I asked the staff what happened, they said it was planned maintanance. Would've been nice to know about this in advance.

When I first entered the room, I was greeted by an unpleasant sight—a used teabag on the floor, which immediately made me question the cleanliness of the space. Unfortunately, the worst part of my stay came later that night when I was bitten by bedbugs. This experience was unacceptable and highly disappointing.

Quiet neighborhood and very close to a tram stop which made getting around very easy!

Great hotel. Staff were really nice and friendly. I will stay here again.
