コーイク ホテル

周りの環境もいいし良いホテルです。中心街ですが、すこしだけ離れててホテル自体は静かな場所にあります。アムスはホテルが高いので助かりました。気になったのはテレビのリモコンが無かったくらいでしょうか？

Frühstück gab es nicht, Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber und nicht gut ausgestattet, es gab nichtmal einen großen Spiegel. Wir hatten Zugang zum „Garten“ welcher sehr ungepflegt war und den man anscheinend sowieso nicht benutzen durfte.

We didn't have breakfast. Maria and her colleague were very friendly. The room was okay.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, although it says so on Expedia. The hotel staff was not very helpful in suggesting alternatives in the area for an early breakfast between 7-8am. The room was small (as expected) but not clean unfortunately. There was hair on the bed when I arrived and dust under the bed, by the window etc. The room smelled uncomfortable and at night it was very cold. Additionally, the walls are super thin and I could hear people speak next door and was kept awake by neighbours using sinks/opening and closing their doors… not because they are loud but because the hotel is poorly soundproofed. And the locks in the doors don’t work from the inside, meaning that you cannot lock your room at night. The shower and bathroom are shared, but both were incredibly small and there was nowhere to hang / place your towels or clothes. Plus, there was mould too. Overall I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. It was not comfortable and too expensive for its quality.

I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed.

Location is very top, you can do everything by foot. Bedroom walls were thin, so easy to listen external noise ( mainly in the night).

Check-in piú veloce della storia, non ci è stata data nessuna informazione se non quelle di utilizzo delle chiavi. Avevamo una camera doppia con bagno privato esterno; non male come soluzione, comunque è stato comodo. L'unica pecca è che dall'esterno il bagno non si chiudeva a chiave quindi non abbiamo la certezza che non venisse utilizzato da altri ospiti. Il tutto abbastanza pulito. Note negativa: abbiamo lasciato una coppia di asciugamani da cambiare un giorno. Ce le hanno portate via e non ce le hanno sostituite. Erano le 19:30 circa, sono andata a cercare qualcuno del personale in tutta la struttura (bussando anche alla porta dell'area privata) e non ho trovato nessuno. Siamo rimasti senza asciugamani. A parte il momento del check-in, alla reception non ho piú visto nessuno per tutta la durata dei 5 giorni. In struttura nessuna possibilitá di fare colazione, sebbene il piano terra fosse attrezzato con utensili da colazione. Posizione ottima. Prezzi alti ma in linea con la cittá.

No vayan nunca a este “hotel” de mala muerte. No hay personal que ayude con tu equipaje o si necesitas algo, la calefacción no funciona, en el baño que es compartido no hay papá el y las instalaciones son sucias y deplorables. Pésimo servicio…

Room not clean, even big trash in the room. Shower full of hairs, shampoo was broken and dripping.. Shower water didn't flow away. Bad odor

La estadía fue espléndida, me trataron super bien y se ofrecieron hasta a subir mis maletas, si duda volvería nuevamente a hospedarme allí
