スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。

1月下旬に3連泊しました。けして広い部屋では有りませんが、必要充分な設備。そして行き届いた清掃。ホテルスタッフの皆さん気遣いにより、充実したアムステルダムの時間を過ごすことができました。 フロントとカフェスペースが24時間対応で、気軽に利用できます。カードキー利用によるセキュリティもしっかりとしていて、早朝ランニングや休憩でも安心していられます。 日本人から見て、まさに「お値段以上」な実用性抜群の宿です。是非常宿にしたいですね。

Our room was very small. The window was tiny because we were on the 4th floor and the roof took up most of the wall. It was slanted over our bed so we had to duck down to get into bed. The room felt cramped and dark. We felt mislead as the description of the room on the website said more square footage than what we actually had. The evening staff were not very helpful when we shared our discomfort however, the morning staff attendant was helpful and offered us a new room. The new room had a much better layout and a larger window.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was nice having air conditioning as it was hot during our stay. Transportation options are close and very convenient.

Not a lot of amenities. Room was clean. Very functional. Really good. We were in the basement so a bit warm and the dining area was right above is so no sleeping in

We had great time here. Really close to transportation and also walking distance to everything we wanted to visit or go to shopping. Room was maybe a bit small for what we’re used to, but not sure if that’s how it’s here. In the end, that didn’t bother us as we were mainly outside doing different activities. Would stay again in the future if we have the chance.

Great location and helpful staff. I had a basic room which was VERY small. However, it was clean and comfortable.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit wirklich sehr schmutzigen Matratzen. Diese wären nur noch nach Austausch zu nutzen gewesen. Schmutzflecken und Haare die schon mit dem Matratzenbezug verbunden waren. Es wurde daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dieses war sauber auch erwähnenswert ein sehr sauberes Bad. Hatte nicht bei Buchung gesehen, dass Teppichboden verlegt ist, denn dann hätte ich nicht gebucht. Toll war, dass es Wasser, Kaffee gratis gab.

Very cute hotel and the area is nice.

Staff here are excellent and very hospitable. Location is good. Showers are nice, and bathrooms are clean. Very good security. Quiet. Beds, however, were very uncomfortable — the beds in my “standard twin room” were singles, not twins, so they were uncomfortably narrow (and I’m not a big person) and sagged in the middle. And there is a nice coffee machine, but it was out of service while I was there, which was disappointing; the carafe coffee they had instead was pretty crappy. The place offers continental breakfast, but it’s not great: the selection is small, and both days I saw it, the cheese and meat slices were dried out at the edges. Because the staff are so kind and the rooms are clean, I’d recommend this hotel to people in their twenties who want an affordable, centrally located place to stay and aren’t worried about the mattresses messing up their backs. Note that the hotel is not accessible — there’s an elevator, but you have to manage several steps to get into the hotel in the first place, to get to the check-in desk, etc., as is normal in old row houses.

The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the Leidseplein area, close to multiple tram lines and restaurants, and a quick walk to the Museumplein area. Room was small but comfortable and bathroom was very small, but it met our needs, They serve a pretty good breakfast (additional cost) with pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. and have a coffee machine for cappuccino, espresso, etc. It's helpful if you have an early day planned. Staff was helpful and we were able to store our luggage before checkin time.

Nice room air conditioning was very good with the hot weather.

Excellent location , very walkable, near to restaurants and attractions. Air conditioning worked great only con was that the bathroom was tiny! No countertop space , toilet was pretty much directly under sink

Clean room, helpful staff, air conditioned, convenient location. Easy walking distance to the airport bus. Room was not fancy but had everything we needed.

Great location, room was extremely dusty upon arrival.. rooms are very small, struggled getting in the door with my suitcase. Breakfast was expensive for the selection. Very difficult to get an uber from the hotel location, app directs you down the street for pickup.

Great stay for 2 nights. Smaller boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and AC was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to all attractions

The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel is located in a quiet area, reasonable walking distance from tourist area. There is free is coffee and tea all day long. I enjoyed my stay at Krisotel !

The breakfast selection was in my impression just average, not bad but also nothing you must brag about.

Nice room, our stay was in one of the underground rooms but unlike other reviews, we didn’t hear much noise from the first level, despite there being noise when we went up. Great location.
