スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。

1月下旬に3連泊しました。けして広い部屋では有りませんが、必要充分な設備。そして行き届いた清掃。ホテルスタッフの皆さん気遣いにより、充実したアムステルダムの時間を過ごすことができました。 フロントとカフェスペースが24時間対応で、気軽に利用できます。カードキー利用によるセキュリティもしっかりとしていて、早朝ランニングや休憩でも安心していられます。 日本人から見て、まさに「お値段以上」な実用性抜群の宿です。是非常宿にしたいですね。

Hotel and rooms have been updated and in nice condition, however the rooms are small and the walls are thin, so you can hear others. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good however they would like you to choose a time slot for when you will coming down for breakfast, which can be a added hassle if you’re not sure when you’re going to start your day. I expressed this to them so they were willing to be flexible.

It was a great property and in an excellent location to all of the museums and sights I was going to see. I did have a little trek from the tram stop to the hotel, I came from the main train station & took the tram. It is a very safe location too, my friend from the area confirmed for me. Room was clean & it does have air conditioning which is awesome.

Great location and remarkably quiet. The room wasn’t huge, but certainly big enough and had its own, well-appointed bathroom. Just blocks away from all the action, but just far enough away to feel more peaceful. Like a lot of accommodations in Amsterdam, take the stairs if you dare; I recommend the elevator!

Aldığımız odanın bodrum katta olduğunu maalesef sonradan öğrendik ve maalesef boş oda olmadığı için upgrade şansımız olmadı. Bodrum kata asansörle erişim yok ama iniş genel olarak kolay. Odada pencere olduğu için havalandırabildik ama oda maalesef çok küçük. Bavulları açmak zordu. Kahvaltıda seçenek az ama kesinlikle yeterli. 7/24 kahve içebilirsiniz tamamen ücretsiz. Resepsiyon görevlisi çok kibardı ve her zaman yardımcı oldu. Konum çok iyiydi her yere çok kolaylıkla ulaştık. Üst kattaki odaları tercih ederek güvenle kalabilirsiniz.

We stayed in a 4 person family room and were so surprised it had a balcony view of the street. The staff was helpful, the rooms were well kept, and the location was great. Bathroom was much larger than other European hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is absolutely ideal to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Great staff.

Great location. My room was on top floor facing the street and with my understanding (after the fact), it was facing a bar. It was louder at night than in the day. I had interrupted every sleep 30 minutes to 1 hour for 2 nights until 330ish. Rooms are as shown in pictures and small. Staff were great. Big safe that cold laptop, camera gear plus other stuff. Big plus. Still, I think it was over priced for what we got. 3 star. Been there, done that and never again.

Lovely hotel! The stairs going into the basement were super crazy, but that’s not unusual in that part of the world!

Pontos positivos: 1. a localização é muito boa, a uma caminhada de vários pontos e muito próxima de restaurantes e paradas de transporte público; 2. Cômodos bem limpos; 3. Equipe simpática e solícita. Chegamos bem antes do horário de check in e nos forneceram acesso ao quarto; 4. Máquina de café e água sempre disponível para os hospedes. Ponto negativo: 1. Realmente o quarto é pequeno, não nos atrapalhou e já sabíamos, mas se for um problema pra você, leve em consideração; 2. A acústica não chega a ser um grande problema, mas por vezes você escuta conversas ou barulhos externos. Em resumo, vale muito à pena ficar no Krisotel. Excelente custo-benefício.

Clean and quiet room, comfortable room .Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good. Staff ere friendly and helpful.

Great find, just as others had reviewed. Perfect central quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, canal walks, close to museum square (walking 10-15 minutes to Rjikmuseum). Staff was very helpful and friendly - Farran especially! The comfort room was spacious by European guides. We didn’t pay for the breakfast but coffee, tea, water all available all day. Would stay again.

Chambre propre , salle de bain propre , climatisation adéquate … personnel très aidant et gentil .. pas pris de déjeuner mais j’ai vu que le porc est du happy pig donc animaux bien traités et café équitable donc un beau souci des animaux et de la planète …
