スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。

1月下旬に3連泊しました。けして広い部屋では有りませんが、必要充分な設備。そして行き届いた清掃。ホテルスタッフの皆さん気遣いにより、充実したアムステルダムの時間を過ごすことができました。 フロントとカフェスペースが24時間対応で、気軽に利用できます。カードキー利用によるセキュリティもしっかりとしていて、早朝ランニングや休憩でも安心していられます。 日本人から見て、まさに「お値段以上」な実用性抜群の宿です。是非常宿にしたいですね。

Loved the area and the AC was an added bonus during this warm month.

Great location- everything was walkable. Smaller roomer but very clean.

Great location, very clean and good breakfast. The staff were generally very helpful - except for the young guy that works with his EarPods always in and doesn’t really answer your questions. If he’s working and you have a question, go back later when someone else is there!

The front desk employees were very kind and helpful. We had a member of our family with a cane and the man who checked us in said that we had been given a downstairs room through our Expedia booking and wanted to warn us that there was no elevator to the downstairs rooms, only the upper floors. I had intentionally selected a hotel with an elevator, but I did not know which rooms I would be given or that the elevator did not go to the lowest floor. The man at the front desk tried to find a room upstairs but they were all booked. He asked us to assess the stair situation and if she could not make it, he would waive the cancellation fee so that we could book a more accessible hotel. The stairs were very steep, curved around a corner and the steps were extremely narrow. It was a challenge for her but over the course of five days, she became pretty good at navigating the stairs! The rooms were clean, quiet, well-kept and comfortable. There was complimentary coffee & tea in the breakfast room and there, they had a nice coffee machine that made various coffee drinks (cappuccino, espresso, latte, macchiato). Breakfast, at an additional cost, looked and smelled good, even though I didn’t have any. There was a good variety of foods. We enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the front desk staff. I was very glad that we selected this clean hotel because we saw some very large rats (dead & alive) on our walk through the city! Thanks, Krisotel!

Very cute hotel and incredible staff. Location is perfect. In Jordaan and strps away from tram station and about 40 mins walking to centraal. Breakfast was nice but I would walk to Eggs Benedicted 10 mins away for amazing breakfast. Just be careful crossing roads with bikers and trams. Rooms are compact but clean and cute.

Small by American standards but clean and efficient. Nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and sights. White noise app helpful as people like to party in the streets until very late. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Enjoyed our stay.

Inflexibility in check out time. Check out time is too early for hotel standard around the world.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Beim Frühstück hat mich gestört, dass der Marmeladenspender auch die Folgetage leer blieb, obwohl von mir darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass er leer ist. Von Tag zu Tag wurde die Auswahl kleiner. Trotzdem ein gutes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl (nur eben nicht Marmeladen 😉). Die Zimmer waren sauber und konnten gut abgedunkelt werden.

I found the rooms very small and dark. We had the room in the basement night one which felt unsafe. Thankfully they found a room on the upper floor for the duration of our stay. Great location and the free coffee was a bonus but didn’t love the rooms.

The property was conveniently located.

Overall it was okay. The AC was not the best. Also, the carpet needed cleaning and you could smell the dust. The bathroom were an upgrade. The room overall was really nice other than the carpet.

Perfect location for a trip to Amsterdam. Liked the complementary coffee and water.
