スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。

1月下旬に3連泊しました。けして広い部屋では有りませんが、必要充分な設備。そして行き届いた清掃。ホテルスタッフの皆さん気遣いにより、充実したアムステルダムの時間を過ごすことができました。 フロントとカフェスペースが24時間対応で、気軽に利用できます。カードキー利用によるセキュリティもしっかりとしていて、早朝ランニングや休憩でも安心していられます。 日本人から見て、まさに「お値段以上」な実用性抜群の宿です。是非常宿にしたいですね。

Breakfast was good considering their small area. Loved the free coffee drinks all day they were shockingly good. Liked that even though I did not face a canal I also did not face a brick wall

Vi fick ett rum i källaren där det luktade mögel i badrummet. Annars bra rum med bra sängar. Vi åt aldrig frukost på hotellet. Ganska lyhört. Jättebra läge, nära allt.

Room was clean and a decent size and had everything required for a couple of nights stay

Luftkonditionering funkade inte, vi sänkte till lägsta men blåste ändå varmluft. Heltäckningsmatta var lite ofräsch och tränga korridorer med brant trappa. Lugn gata och fräscht badrum.

Super schone kamer, erg stil en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Praktisch naast Leidsche Plein, perfecte locatie. Veilig gevoel voor solo reizigers, je krijgt een room key die je ook op de buitendeur kan gebruiken. Ook super dichtbij Melkweg, dus ideaal om te combineren met een concert. Aanrader!!

Great location, friendly, helpful staff.

They put us in the basement floor and ask my party how was the sleep. What a joke! If you're in the basement level, I would immediately request for a partial refund if not full. Our room was directly under the lobby and we heard every little sound. In the morning, you will be woken up unless you are a deep sleeper. Save yourself the time and headache. The bathroom was also extremely small. The stairs to downstairs was extremely steep even for Hollands standards. It's worse if you have big luggage too!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience turned into a complete nightmare. Due to an unknown noise issue with my original room, the hotel transferred me to another property. While I understood the situation, the hotel they sent me to was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my neck and hands, and the itching ruined the rest of my trip. When I brought this up to Krisotel via Expedia, the only compensation they offered was a refund of the local taxes saying that infested hotel provided “upgraded room” and breakfasts as the compensation which I never asked. I told them to transfer us to other hotel but they couldn’t so giving me a room was an only option. And the breakfast? Are you kidding me? after all those bedbug bites?

Good location, 15 min walk from the city. Nice staff free coffee and tea!

Ótima localização

The property was decent and did its job after days of sight seeing, but if I’d been put on the ground floor I would not have been happy, there was a heavy sewage smell that hung constantly and even managed to drift up all the way to my room on the second floor at times through the vents and drain in the shower.

Excellent, very central to all the attractions we wanted to see.
