Nice reception and staff, super small room and bad soundproof

Clean and comfortable room

Chambre propre et pas trop petite. Bonne localisation. C’est un hôtel plutôt simple mais avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour Amsterdam. Adresse au calme mais proche de tout.

The hotel is very close to the museums. On our last day, Hassan was very helpful in getting breakfast for us. We were very comfortable there.

Great location and perfect for someone on their own

From the moment I walked into the hotel, what stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The gentleman who checked me in, was so helpful. He wouldn’t allow me to bring down my bags and did it for me, which really made my entire trip. This hotel is in the middle of everything, close to public transport. I really enjoyed my stay. 20/10

This was a great disappointment. There was no hot water in a cold and rainy weather. We were not even advise that there was an issue with the heater. Imagine yourself looking forward to have a warm shower and you stuck in the shower with very cold water. When we try to complain the front desk person just brushed us off and mentioned to just complain on-line and it's not his job to take any complain and he said that he's only job is to check out customer. Unbelievable! person with rude attitude in the front desk.

The hallways were not clean, bedside outlet did not work and shower head leaked. Staff were pleasant.

Very clean and cosy room, great location and friendly staff. We also had access to a tea/coffee machine in the canteen area. Highly recommended!

Stayed recently for 3 nights, really enjoyed our time in Amsterdam & staying at The Krisotel. Rooms were small but very clean & everything you need, very little noise overnight, so slept very well. Didn’t eat any breakfast at the hotel as wanted to get out & about viewing sights. Free tea & coffee in room & in cafe area downstairs was a bonus.

Clean room, friendly staff

My stay at Krisotel was very good. The shower was excellent, and I really enjoyed having a small balcony where I could stand, people-watch, and get ready before heading out to explore the area. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
