Nice reception and staff, super small room and bad soundproof

The staff was welcoming. The room is spacious and the hotel was secured well. It was nice the offered water coffee and a blow dryer. The location is central to many sights.

Chose the property due to the 3 min walk to the start of the city centre, we arrived at 10pm and had got a free upgrade, room was clean and cosy and staff were very friendly, tea making facilities in the room, but also advised to help ourselves to the coffee machine in the dining area. The street on which the hotel was, was very lively for the weekend, but as soon as inside the hotel, could not hear a thing. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay at Krisotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was small but extremely efficient and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A wonderful location to walk to many different neighbourhoods. Thanks for a great stay.

Amsterdam ist immer eine Reise wert. Sicherlich auch das Hotel. Nicht aber unser winziges Zimmer. Das war eine Zumutung. Knapp 10qm für Zimmer inklusive Bad. Das Klo konnte man nur mit geöffneter Tür benutzen, weil man bei geschlossener Tür das Gesicht daran platt gedrückt hätte. Die kleine Dusche war o.k. Wir waren zu zweit, zum Glück ohne übergewicht. Aneinander vorbei gehen, ging nicht. Dazu musste man sich auf das schmale Doppelbett setzen. Von meinen mehr als hundert Übernachtungen in Hotels habe ich so ein winziges Zimmer nicht erlebt. Schade, denn der Rest war prima. Kaffee und Wasser jederzeit und kostenlos. Räume waren modern und sauber. Der Preis m.E. eindeutig zu hoch.

Nice, clean hotel near the Leidseplein, easy walking distance to everything in the Amsterdam city Centre. Friendly staff and good daily breakfast buffet…we were very happy with this hotel.

Great location. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, while small were very good. The air conditioning was fantastic. My room was a little noisy.
