朝食も良くて、フロントの方の対応も良かったです！お部屋とシャワールームがもう少し広いお部屋だと嬉しいな！と思いました。

The stay at Maison Elle Amsterdam was overall very pleasant. The hotel is located in a cozy and quiet area, close to a park and tram stops, making it easy to get into the city center. The only downside was the service at the reception, where the young staff seemed unhelpful when asked about tourist attractions and canal boat cruises. A bit more local knowledge and a more welcoming attitude would have improved the experience. We did not try the breakfast facilities during our stay. Overall, it’s a nice place, and we would happily return.

Room was clean and overall pleasant. I don’t know why the complimentary water and teabags for example do not get replaced. We stayed for 4 days and that means we have one teabag each for our entire stay… It was my husbands 30th and we were told they would give a small gesture such as macaroons to mark this occasion. They confirmed three times that this would be possible, but on the day - nothing. I contacted the front desk twice and they kept deliberately ignoring me. This was unnecessarily unkind and rude, especially considering the rooms are expensive, there was no need to ignore us with such a small request. The body lotion in the bathroom smelled like sewage. The mini fridge is barely cold. Basic stay overall, the hotel try to act upper class hiding behind the ‘Elle’ name.

Fabulous hotel, great rooms, nice breakfast and good location to explore Amsterdam. Vondel Park is just 2 minutes walk away and a fantastic supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Nice hotel with nice location by the main park for a morning run. But the service at breakfast could be better. Two days in a row waiting for a bake of bread ~15 min +. Cold cappuccino, no veggies for an omelette. Could have been a perfect experience w very small changes.

Wonderful location, beautifully designed hotel, great customer service, very clean! One thing as a suggestion to the management - beds and pillows need to be updated. Mattress sinks and pillows don’t feel that comfortable. Other than that - GREAT HOTEL!

Nice boutique hotel but room very small

A beautiful boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were warmly welcomed by Gabby, and was offered a room, even though we arrived before the check in time. This was very much appreciated, after a long flight in. Do keep in mind there are stairs at the front door, and narrow steps on the 3rd floor to get to your rooms (in case you have heavy luggage). Rooms were clean and cozy. The only wish was to have more table surface/shelves/hooks to put our essentials. There is not sufficient storage if you plan to stay for more than 3-4 days. There are several tram stops within a 5 minute walk from hotel. The hotel is also near the Vondelpark, so its a nice walk through the park if you're heading towards Leidesplein or Rijksmuseum. The neighbourhood is safe but since it is primarily a residential area, there is not a lot of foot traffic, especially at night. We had a lovely stay at Maison Elle Amsterdam, and we would return the next time we're in Amsterdam.

Prachtig hotel. Midden in de stad en toch rustig. OV om de hoek. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt (kan je het beste ter plaatse regelen).

Very stylish hotel with excellent breakfast with a nice dining and patio option. Excellent proximity to Vondel Park

Alles hat mir gefallen. Aber folgendes könnte besser sein: kissen sind zu gross und hart. Keine Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Nur einen Stuhl. Fenster auf die Straße/ Subterrain.

Beautiful hotel!

We had an upgraded room however it still wasn’t big enough to swing a cat. Also when we arrived there was loads of rubbish at the end of the street (40yrd) from the front door.

The staff here are excellent - they're very friendly and make you feel at home. Loved the location, close to Vondelpark and the museum district, with easy tram access to Dam square, etc. Would go back if/when we return to Amsterdam!

There are stairs up to and inside the entrance and many stairs to most of the rooms. This should be shown on the ads and mentioned because it makes it difficult if not impossible for some people. The place is pretty and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. There is no stand for the luggage, and an unnecessary pouf and small table, instead of a bench. I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. No phone in rooms. Loction is further away from center than it looks. If location is not a problem, it is a nice place and very friendly staff.
