There is no elevator inside the hotel. And stairs are very tiring while carrying luggages. Walls are very thin and not soundproof. But hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Employees were good. Location also was very central.

Konum mükemmel, temizlik iyiydi sadece banyoda bir gider kokusu var. Merdivenler epey dar ama bu amsterdam için normal. Otel bana kalırsa epey güvenli en dış giriş bile kart ile yapılıyor o yüzden uçağınız geç bir vakitteyse valizinizi bırakıp günü keyifli geçirebilirsiniz. Bu anlamda bir ev hissiyatı da var. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever güzel bir konaklama deneyimiydi tavsiye ederim.

Rooms are lovely as are the staff. Good value for money. £100 deposit which we weren’t aware of, please prepare for that if you haven’t a lot to spend. Stair case was crazy but entertaining after a few drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Mold and blood stained sheets and still having to fight for a refund!!

Staff was friendly and helpful but this is the only thing that was good. We had extensive mold in the first room which made us sick the first night (no one is at the hotel from 11pm-7am) so we couldn’t switch rooms the first night and they moved us to a new room the second night and we have discovered two blood stains on our sheets and more mold

First room was a cupboard. After pushing back, was "upgraded" to a regular room... for a fee.

You could hear all the neighbors from the room. Everyone walking upstairs to what they were doing in their rooms. I didn’t sleep the two nights I was there. Other than that, very nice staff and great location

The hotel was not what expected from looking at the photos on hotels.com. The photos must have been from a room that was recently decorated, nothing like the room we were given. The room was in the attic up extremely steep stairs (which we did expect), when we entered the room the windows were wide open, the reason for which came apparent after the first shower. Water ran out of the shower room into the bedroom, the drains stunk and you can see visible rot on the wooden windows. The steam took a very long time to dissipate. This highlighted other visible signs of damp. Really disappointed considering the cost of the room for 2 nights.

La ubicación de la propiedades es buena, sin embargo, al hacer check in tuvimos un tema pues llegamos después de las 11 P.M. (aunque avisamos nuestro itinerario y el horario en el que íbamos a llegar) fue difícil la comunicación para que nos abrieran la propiedad e insistieron en que pagáramos el 100% mientras estábamos en la calle y no nos dieron acceso hasta cubrir el pago, cuando se supone que para esos usamos un intermediario como Expedía, adicional te cobran 100 euros de depósito en caso de daños, cosa que nunca se nos informó hasta el momento de llegar. Las escaleras son verdaderamente estrechas y no cuenta con elevador. La habitación que nos correspondía, estaba llena de humedad, un espacio muy reducido y nada parecido a las fotos.

This hotel is awful. The pictures look nothing like the room. No elevator and you have to walk up the steepest stairs. Awful experience. Don’t stay here

For the price and location it was a really good room. The toilet was super fresh and there was coffee and te in the room. It was a small room but thats what we paid for. The stairs where though really difficult for me because I have a bad knee and theese stairs where super difficult. Great staff very kind and helpful.

I loved the 3rd floor room, which I called the penthouse! Not for everyone especially if they’re disabled or inebriated but I thought it was perfect!

Greit hotell, veldig sentralt, men pass på den veldig bratte trappen opp til loftsleiligheten/rommet.

just went for couple nights. if youre slim you can get to the floors otherwise they are steep and narrow
