スタイリッシュな部屋でした。使いやすさは微妙。アムステルダム中心部と考えれば値段相応です。冷蔵庫無しです。

受付の対応は良かった。ただ、3泊したのに1度もベッドメーキングやタオルの取り換えがなかった。タオルは大サイズが1枚だけで、ゴワゴワ。シャンプー、ボディソープが無かったので買いに行った。 周辺の雰囲気はまずまずで、アクセスは比較的良い。

Habitación con telarañas, paredes con la pintura desconchada, solo toallas pequeñas, la ropa de cama un poco amarillenta. No lo recomendaría nunca

Front desk attendant was great and allowed me to comfortably wait in the waiting room while my room was being cleaned and prepared.

Hotel was great& the staff lovely. Very clean & far enough away for peace & quiet but within minutes to the main strip. Took us a bit to find the hotel as wasnt signed up but other than that excellent. Thanks!

Very central, most things are walking distance. Bike rental nearby etc.

Yes it’s located in the center of Amsterdam its easily to walk to the museum and stores and the central station it’s also close to walk to

Great location plenty of shops and bars restaurants

Wonderful staff, excellent location, right in front of the canal, and a quaint place that fit with the experience of Amsterdam. As expected, stairs were steep and my son had a room on last floor which was very cold, but they quickly made the change to another room.

The hotel was good, but I wish they had an elevator, no close restaurant also

Stanza in buone condizioni, bagno pulito personale cortese unica nota dolore il riscaldamento centralizzato, il riscaldamento non poteva essere attivo o disattivato da me e per questo spesso in stanza faceva più freddo che in strada. Soprattutto alla sera presto e al mattino presto svegliarsi e trovarsi in una ghiacciaia non è per nulla piacevole.

Rooms needs a lot of maintenance. Pillows, and duvet was full of stains. Mold in the washroom and fixtures falling off. However front desk staff was amazing and very helpful.

The hotel was in a perfect location . Rooms as expected apart from it was very cold outside and the room didn’t really warm up! Staff were great and overall we had a great stay

Charged extra amount on arrival…. The owners were argumentative and unwelcoming at checkin! Charged us a €20 cleaning fee then an extra €20 for what is unknown!! Plus a €100 deposit!! Thought we had pod Expedia the full amount on booking. Previous guests undergarments were found under the bed as well as a sticky substance on the valance sheet! Room was extremely un hygienic. No bath towels provided just hand towels. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night…. As if this wasn't enough the manager then came to wake us up again later for an update!! Reception/bar has opening hours of 9am -12pm but we never saw it open… Faulty towers!! Perfect location but thats the only thing going for this place!! My €100 still not returned to me…. My credit card company have filed a complaint

Everythis was amazing clean room great lounge area very friendly and helpful staff would recommend.
