7泊中エレベーターが5回故障トラブルに見舞われてその度に階段を使わざるを得ない事態に。施設事態の管理体制に大問題あると思う。スタッフは総じて献身的で良かった。観光から帰ってきた後の部屋掃除自体は問題なかったが、使用済みコーヒーカップ、グラスがそのままで備品補充がなされていなかったりしたのはスタッフに教育不足では？次は使わないと思う。

中央駅から少し離れていますが、静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。スタッフも親切で、英語に不慣れな私にも分かりやすく丁寧に対応してくれました。 朝食のブュッフェも美味しくて３日間飽きずに利用出来ました。特にサーモンとチーズが気に入り、サンドイッチにして楽しみました。

部屋が広く使い勝手も凄く良かったです。 掃除も行き届いていて清潔でした。 また見晴らしが良くがウォータービューで、良かったです。

カーテン開けると外から部屋内が丸見えの為、レースカーテンの追加設置が望ましい。

Near the central station, the location is excellent. The interior was quiet and clean. However, at night, even with all the lights turned on, it was still dark, making it difficult to carry out office work efficiently.

The hotel itself is overall okay. However, we were majorly disappointed and let down by the customer service side of things. We arrived a day late due to 3x delays in the airport followed by a cancelled flight so didn’t fly on the intended day. Whilst this isn’t the hotels fault, they’d already given our room away by the time we’d gotten there considering we arrived early hours the next day. The staff sorting our room out seemed very sheepish and we basically had to ask them what was going on due to them taking a while to check us in hence us finding this out. Expedia had emailed them to let them know we weren’t coming and the hotel had the cheek to say about us phoning them although we were exhausted in the airport till stupid hours trying to rebook early flights etc. They could’ve even given us a courtesy call however nothing and just presumed we weren’t coming and they were just going to book our room out so they’d keep our money and get extra money from someone else going in there which just is baffling that someone would spend as much as we did just to not turn up. Think common sense would prevail here. Just to add, the room we were subsidised with was not up to our standard for various reasons. Overall not massively impressed due to the lack of sympathy or help from the hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again mainly for this whole ordeal. Again, this isn’t a bitter review because of this as the hotel itself was nice just majorly let down from the customer service

The bed/pillows were excellent. The room was clean and quiet. On check in Merijn was efficient, funny and asked all the right questions! Warm welcome. Unfortunately, I was seated for dinner the first night and the dining was filled with a sewer smell couldn’t enjoy my food but they took it off the bill

Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only downside was the restaurant, which we tried to use but after 20" from being seated, no one ever showed up to serve us , even though we were one of only 2 occupied tables

Lovely hotel close to the main train station

Very poor location. Long walking distance from the hotel to practically anywhere besides the central station. It’s located on a isolated pier with nothing interesting around. The hotel itself is a bit boring. The elevators a joke. Very slow and always crowded. Not possible to buy anything extra like a soda or amenities at the hotel. No kiosk or vending Machines available. All in all not worth the price.

We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square.

Rooms were great and facilities amazing. Front desk staff goes above and beyond, specially Julia. She made all the difference in the world and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Clean room and friendly staff. For us it was a great location and close to train station. Nice to have breakfast included.
