チェックイン時から問題発生でした。
料金支払い済みだと説明するも、こちらの英語が上手くないために伝わらず料金支払いを求められました。拒否し続け、押し問答を繰り返し、なんとか理解してもらったら、今度は何泊だ？何人だ？と予約手続きを始めた。これではこのサイトで予約している意味がない。

The booking in was fine with friendly staff member.
The property is in a handy location, and the carparking was good.
The interior was in need of a renovation I felt, with a large gap under the main door so keeping the room warm meant the running of a very noisy heating system.

I have booked and paid a Studio having a Queen bed and a single bed. But when I finished check in, I took the key of room 25 and went to the room 25, I found the room was a small room with just one bed! It's late night around 11pm, the receptionist has been gone.

The property needs a good clean and the hand-basin in our room was damaged and needed refixing to the wall, otherwise it was warm and comfortable and the person at reception was very helpful

There is moss growing in between the tiles in the bathroom - the bed and the rest of the room was fine but the bathroom needs a really good clean and disinfectant if you are not going to get the grout between the tiles removed and reapplied. The location suited us very well and the staff were helpful.

Room in very poor state. Headboard had come out of wall. Smoke alarm dangling out of ceiling. Food in fridge and milk off. Mould in bathroom. Overall not very clean . Bed ok
