Close to restaurants and shops

The booking in was fine with friendly staff member. The property is in a handy location, and the carparking was good. The interior was in need of a renovation I felt, with a large gap under the main door so keeping the room warm meant the running of a very noisy heating system.

The staff were very helpful and overall value for money was excellent.

I had spent many nights in the motels this time in Australia and New Zealand, but only this one is truly satisfactory and I will come back again in the future.

Amazing

I have booked and paid a Studio having a Queen bed and a single bed. But when I finished check in, I took the key of room 25 and went to the room 25, I found the room was a small room with just one bed! It's late night around 11pm, the receptionist has been gone.

Pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating 🙂

The property needs a good clean and the hand-basin in our room was damaged and needed refixing to the wall, otherwise it was warm and comfortable and the person at reception was very helpful

Rooms could be cleaned better as dust around the room

We were looked after when I messed up booking dates. It was quite for being in town. Had the most powerful shower I have ever felt....

There is moss growing in between the tiles in the bathroom - the bed and the rest of the room was fine but the bathroom needs a really good clean and disinfectant if you are not going to get the grout between the tiles removed and reapplied. The location suited us very well and the staff were helpful.

Helpful clean accommodation

Room in very poor state. Headboard had come out of wall. Smoke alarm dangling out of ceiling. Food in fridge and milk off. Mould in bathroom. Overall not very clean . Bed ok
