パーク ハイアット オークランド

新しくて綺麗でした。サウナも高温で水風呂も完備、しかし朝食がメニューの中から選ぶ方式なので、長期滞在者にはちょっと厳しいかな。

深夜便でオークランド入り。朝早くのフライトで到着。チェックイン前にspaを利用できたので気分をリフレッシュできた上にシャワーも浴びてランチに行き、ランチをしている間に部屋の用意ができた連絡をくれる。近所にはおしゃれで美味しくて、人気のあるレストランがたくさんある。ロケーションも含めて素晴らしい。スタッフもフレンドリーでサービスも非常に良い。ベッドは快適。部屋も使いやすい上にかなり清潔&快適。オークランド滞在は今後もこのホテルしか考えられない。

Amazing It was a honeymoon trip, and we had such a wonderful time at Hyatt. The room condition, hospitality, facilities were way beyond expectation. I would love to stay again, if i get to visit auckland again. 프론트에 한국인 매니저분도 계셔서, 편하고 좋았습니다. 최고최고

The hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of feng shui everywhere you go. There is plenty of space, stunning views, and the rooms are very spacious with all the modern fittings you could need. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a well-organized buffet system and a smooth à la carte setup. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and of high quality.

We have used this hotel many times and it is always 5 star Unfortunately the price is now “up there” and it has to be a treat Highly recommended on all scores

Extremely disappointed about being charged on a minibar item after my departure from Auckland, without prior clarification. Only got an email informing me my credit card was charged. At the time of checkout I explicitly stated that no minibar items were consumed when asked. Felt utterly insulted and robbed when they charged me afterwards, and their behaviour makes me wonder that the hotel could basically charge you on anything after checkout. Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email. Although a refund was processed after I emailed the hotel, the incident reflects very poor staff management and administration. Very shocked something like this could happen at a hotel like Park Hyatt. The hotel is very well maintained physically but no customer would ever want to go encounter such a disrespectful event no matter how nice the hardware is.

Excellence all around!

It's strange to say, but my stay at the Park Hyatt was just about perfect. The room (superior room with 1 king) was a perfect size and beautiful with a great view and great lighting. The bathtub and walk-in closet were highlights. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, tired and with several hours to kill. They invited me to freshen up and relax in the spa locker room and hydrotherapy room! Then while having lunch in the Living Room, they texted that my room was ready early. The level of service never wavered. On my last morning, I didn't realize breakfast would start at 7 rather than 6:30, but my ride to the airport was at 7. I interrupted their breakfast set-up and they were SO kind and offered to let me takeaway what was already ready (which was plentiful), and never did I feel I was in their way or interrupting them. I hope to return to Auckland someday and will definitely choose the Park Hyatt again.

Fabulous Hotel and so quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, room was amazing with Balcony overlooking Marina, big bath which i love, Restaurants to choose from, which we did, eake up to the sunrise over Marina just beautiful. Worth it.

The Park Hyatt is the real deal. The type of quality you’d expect at the price point, but event then it’s good value. Loved the area and the amenities. Can highly recommend

Slighty strange hotel, the lobby and atrium is vast and a bit sterile looking but the rooms are fantastic, and the location is perfect for accessing down the great waterfront area of Auckland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved it

Fantastic place to be based for any trip to Auckland - whether long or short. Located in a part of the city that epitomises Auckland (ie the waterfront) with the buzz of the Viaduct just a short scenic stroll away. The hotel itself is beautiful and calm, with highly attentive and friendly personnel who go out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

Just over the road to ASB Water Front Theatre and close to Viaduct restaurants and event centre. Ex cellent location and service.
