A magical place! The rooms are large with comfortable beds and beautiful linens. The meals at the restaurant were amazing. Beautiful pools and comfortable loungers. Great staff!

The spa was very relaxing. There are monkeys on the property. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning works very well but it only keeps your room cold it doesn’t run far out to the living are or kitchen are. Staff is great very responsive. The only complaint I have is not being able to bring outside food to your room from what I was told.

This hotel was AMAZING! For anyone who has accessibility issues, I would contact the hotel in advance and ask to have a room near reception/the pool. We actually timed it once and the walk was over 4 minutes to our cabin and there were lots of stairs. We're all able bodied so it was fine but I can imagine this would be difficult for some. The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast was a buffet and it was amazing. We had 1 dinner onsite on our last day and all the food was incredible but it's significantly more expensive than eating in San Juan Del Sur. Most days, we went into town to grab a late lunch or fried chicken or street meat for dinner later. All in all, it was incredible. The pools were super fun, my kids loved the water slide and the waterfall jump. We saw howler monkeys. Watch for the monkey poo on the deck. The staff do a good job cleaning it up but it's still there sometimes. The horseback riding from the property isn't crazy expensive, it was like $46/horse, which was very reasonable. I had already booked a private tour through someone else so we stuck with that. The room does have an inventory that you're supposed to review within 3 hours of checkin, the bowls and drapery rod were missing from our room so I reached out to them. The front desk use WhatsApp and are very responsive. Also, something to note, the power went out 3 times during our visit, only 1 time was it for over 30 minutes, the other two times were short. Just something to know.

Best hotel in San Juan del sur. The cleanliness is a 10/10. I stayed in two different cabins and they were immaculate. The staff is wonderful, the drinks, the food, everything is 10/10 in my opinion. My family and I LOVED everything.

Beautiful resort. We ended staying in Casa de Árbol and it was the only one on the property and it did feel special.

Este lugar está muy hermoso, limpio, y el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Me quedé de lunes a viernes con mi hija de 12 años, y luego mi papá llegó con su esposa, mis dos sobrinos a mediado de la semana y todos quedamos encantados con el teatro que nos dieron. Todos los trabajadores se ven contentos de trabajar allí y se nota como todos tratan a los clientes. Los cuartos son muy cómodos y los mantienen limpios. Los recomiendo 100! El lugar es muy bonito. I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I loved it so much, I canceled our next city to stay here a little longer. The food is amazing, the drinks, the staff. The hotel is very, very clean, I booked two different cabins and they were immaculate. My husband and children loved everything and so did I. I would definitely come back.

Great stay would recommend 2-3 nights max because it's very secluded.

It's a really beautiful property with amazing rooms. There's a new infinity pool area that faces the Pacific Ocean and the skyline (including the statue) of San Juan del Sur. The breakfast spread in the morning is amazing! I also liked the dinner options (pizza night on Wednesday and fresh mahi mahi from the coast).

Excellent service, safe, beautiful pools and sunset views, and excellent food at restaurant. An amazing experience- waking up in the trees, watching monkeys, a serene tranquil spot in nature. Car or side by side recommend as far from center of town and limited shuttle times only available. I will definitely return! Thank you for an excellent, truly extraordinary, experience!

Room was clean with nice amenities. It was so peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay.

We love it, it was one of the best places we have ever been, we saw monkey, the food and service was amazing. We are so happy and we are looking forward to returning
