広々としたレイアウトの部屋で快適でした。独立性を持たせた空間で、寛げた。

船利用だったので、近くていい立地でした。また、スタッフの対応が明るく親切で気持ちいいのものでした。

おおむね良好。

静かでゆっくりできました。

The staff is good. The building was old and the rooms were simple, with only showers and curtains.Toilets that are unusually hard to get toilet paper, which is sometimes seen in Europe, are inconvenient. It is a little inconvenient that there are few English channels on TV. Luggage storage requires you to put your luggage in and out of the room by yourself without a lock.

La chambre était grande et lumineuse et équipée de nombreuses prises. Même si nous étions côté rue, ce n'était pas particulièrement bruyant. La salle de bains était spacieuse et propre. L'accueil a été impeccable et le petit-déjeuner était parfait (beaucoup de choix).

Großes sauberes Zimmer. Zentrale Klinaanlage, die nicht im Zimmer reguliert werden konnte, daher sehr warm. Fenster konnten jedoch zum Glück geöffnet werden. Sehr gute Lage zur Stadtmitte und Hurtigrutenterminal

Unser Zimmer glich einer Eisgrotte - so kalt war es. Die Heizungen liefen auf dem Maximum. Trotzdem war es die ganze Nacht hindurch sehr kalt im Zimmer. Auch lag unser Zimmer nach hinten hinaus gerichtet, wo irgend eine Maschine (Airconditioning?) die ganze Nacht Lärm machte. Von Schlaf war keine Rede. Zudem fehlte in der Dusche eine Glastüre. Innert kürzester Zeit war das Badezimmer mit Wasser geflutet. Wir sind uns von Scandic Hotels definitiv ein besseres Niveau gewöhnt. Schade..

Nice and clean room. Great service, and good food at breakfast.

Veldig fint hotell sentralt i Bergen. Jeg fikk et utrolig flott rom. Bor en del på hotell, og er stort sett vant til god service. Dette hotellet utmerket seg likevel med sitt meget vennlige og imøtekommende personale. Mulig jeg tar en tur til Bergen bare for å bo på hotellet en gang til.

Booked a double / queen room, arrived and it was 2 separate beds. Bedroom itself was ok, bathroom was full of orange mold. Also asked the front of house about a parking discount, apparently this wasn’t a thing. As we left spotted a parking validation terminal / tablet by the exit to get money off the ridiculously expensive parking fees….

Great staff.

The first room we received was unacceptable due to a severe marijuana smell, including in the hall. The second room we received were freezing cold (approx 10C). After two visits to desk we received a heater which when turned on blew a socket and we lost all power. Upon a third visit to the reception I received a key to third room. Didnt work in elevator. Upon a fourth visit I received a new key which worked in elevator but not in room door. Upon a fifth visit to the reception I received a master key which let me inspect the third room which held a comfortable temperatur. This room we accepted. WHen we then moved to the third room (which is in a separate building from the two frist rooms), we found a wide, brown 15 cm trace of feces along the front of the toilet. As we had now spent 1.5 hours to get a comfortable room I cleaned myself and went to bed. The staff was perfectly pleasant and accommodating but I am very disappointed in the quality of the rooms and hotel, and the cleaning. We were offered glass of wine as an apology but as I don't drink alcohol this was not of interest. I'm more or less shocked that this can be the standard of a Scandic hotel, a chain I've used many times in connection to both leisure and business

Friendly check in. Nice and clean room with bathtub across the street, and the main cinema in the same building (entry next to the hotel entrance, but totally undisturbed). Nice breakfast buffet, slightly cheaper if ordered the night before. Spacious restaurant. Short walking distance from the city square.

God beliggenhet

Room was very good, very clean, staff helpful. Good location and we were able to check in early and leave our bags at the hotel until we transferred to our cruise in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good and relaxed.
