老朽化しているが快適に過ごせる

真冬なのに暖房なし。　ヒーターをリクエストして、OKヒーター持ってくるよ　といっても、いっこうに持ってこない。　風邪ひいて最悪な旅でした。

Although room is old , but well maintained . Staff service is so good and breakfast is amazing . I will continue to stay this hotel again . Thank you for good service !

Room is look to old

The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. Credit goes to all the staff there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and inshallah we will be back

Other than safety of the hotel and 5 restaurants to choose from, staff are really friendly and helpful. But above all, the thing I like the most is Mughal style interior design in hallway and public space in reception area and restaurant, which makes my trip to Lahore feel worthwhile. I have travelled almost 100 countries, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

I had a wonderful stay at Avari Hotel Lahore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a lovely suite. This meant a lot, especially as I was travelling with my elderly mother, who isn’t in the best health she truly enjoyed the comfort and space of the suite. The room itself was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. I also really appreciated the airport shuttle service: they kindly dropped me off free of charge for my flight, and even made sure my mother could come along and then took her safely back to the hotel. To top it off, the food I ordered was excellent the presentation was particularly impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience with thoughtful service that made a real difference

Great hotel Will stay again

Room was nice. The staff was nice. Only couple of times they just entered the room which was rude and we reported it to the management. I hope they acknowledged it. Rest breakfast was bad. Overall okay stay

Clean room

From the very day I checked in, there has been ongoing maintenance work at the hotel. Loud banging and construction noise continued throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or work. What’s most frustrating is that this was planned maintenance, yet the hotel still chose to allocate these rooms to guests. I am staying here for 21 days, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. I was told that if I called the front desk, the work would stop. but despite calling, nothing changed. When I raised my concerns again, they moved me to another room, only for the same maintenance work to start there the very next day. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Planned construction should be communicated clearly in advance, and guests should never be placed in rooms affected by such disruptive noise. I expected far better consideration and professionalism.
