Always a great experience staying at Avari.

Loved it . Stayed at PC for a week and then moved her for 2 nights . Million times better than PC. Will be staying at avari now everytime.

Quiet and pleasant staff and excellent food. Never rent a car. Rent a car is unreliable and over charge more than double than agreed price.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They say one thing and do another thing. DO NOT STAY HERE! The customer service is terrible. They are all liars and will charge you extra no matter what. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The rooms should have smart TV in the rooms!!!

There was no smart TV in the rooms! Only 10channels on TV.

Excellent eight day stay. Felt very safe. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Good gym. Really good price. I was upgraded to business.

I liked the responsiveness of reception to address issues with the room I stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly. However, check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. The rooms could certainly do with some upgrades. Overall, it was a decent stay with lots of room for improvement.

The room felt somewhat like an old school hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of options. The location was perfect as it was like the center of the city.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Property was also very clean. The rooms were a bit old and felt dated.

The staff are so so sweet and happily go the extra mile to make sure the stay is prefect. The building is dated but in my opinion this adds to the experience of staying in Pakistan. 10/10 for the staff and their attentiveness to our needs.

My recent stay at this so-called five-star hotel was highly disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and despite requesting them, it was uncomfortable waiting. The hotel, with 500 rooms, had only two phone chargers, and despite being “on priority,” I never received one during my two-day stay. The wardrobe handles were broken, and the reception staff was unprofessional, giggling and interrupting while serving guests. To make matters worse, at check-out, I was wrongly charged for a mini-bar item I didn’t use. They claimed they supplied two packs of nuts, but only one was provided. It wasn’t about the money, but the embarrassing argument over such a trivial matter was unacceptable. Having stayed here since childhood, this experience has ensured I won’t return. O.F, I hope you address these issues. This is far from a five-star standard.

Our stay was comfortable and safe. The staff was very helpful and overall customer service was excellent.

I interacted the most with Mr. Uzair at the front desk who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He accommodated all my requests. I always stay at the Avari when I visit Lahore and it is always an excellent experience. It is safe with good security, excellent room and customer service, great restaurants in the hotel, and within easy access to all places in Lahore. The room was clean and well furnished with all amenities. I recommend the Lahore Avari most highly.
