朝食は普通。 街から離れてるため、夕食をホテルで取れたらよい

キッチンがあり良かった。また使いたいです。朝食はイマイチですが近くに新しい大きなスーパーがあり、食材を買って食べると飽きません。

キッチン付きで冷蔵庫もあった点が特に気に入りました！ スタッフもフレンドリーで話しやすいし親身になってくれたので楽しい旅になりました。

ホテルのスタッフは、信じられないくらい親切でした。 街中から少し距離がありますが、ホテルのスタッフが街まで送迎をしてくれるため、不便さは感じませんでした。 朝食も美味しく、大満足です。 ありがとうございました！

Great location, easy parking, clean room, delicious breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

The resort asked me what time I would check in and I checked in about 15 minutes after I said I would. Despite that, the small room air conditioner had not been turned on and it was over 90 deg F in the room when I arrived after 5 pm in the evening. I left for 3 hours hoping it would cool down but it was still warm when I came back. The room opens up to a common room, so I turned on the air con in the common room and that cooled my room down although with less privacy! The rooms come with HUGE TVs but they are not plugged in and do not work. This resort does NOT have TVs in the rooms that work. Bring your own soap. The soap provided are very small blocks of what appears to be compressed chalk. The "soap" does not lather at all. I was given a wifi password when I checked in but later it quit working so I had to go back up to the office (if you're older like myself, that means A LOT of stairs) and get another password to another wifi signal. I took a shower at 7:00 AM and only got warm water for a couple minutes and then cold water for the rest of my shower. Breakfast was a plate with a cold fried egg, cold french toast and some chopped apple all covered by plastic. Coffee is instant coffee. Located next to the main highway on Palau so lots of street noise heard in the room. The "king" mattress was two double beds put together so the middle has a hard frame down the middle of the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. The staff was helpful but unfortunately not much to work with.

Airport shuttle was first class. Property is looking rather tired, but staff are really friendly, and rooms comfortable and spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Shared Kitchen area a big bonus ... but it's quite a walk to shops, and restaurants are about 30 mins walk away on a busy road.

Le meilleur personnel que j’ai trouvé dans un hôtel. May, Silvia & Grace ont été tout simplement fantastique. Cet emplacement offre tout dont on a besoin, c’est très propre et ces trois femmes font tout leur possible pour que ses visiteurs/visiteuses se sentent comme à la maison. Un grand merci à vous trois pour votre aide et bienveillance! Vivement recommandé!

The staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is really fast and there's no transportation to town. They charge $25 for airport transfer. The room has several things broken and it flooded when I showered. The view was a junk yard. There's no privacy. I do not recommend at all.

Shared space was all ours. Very low bathroom sink. Earlier checkin is $50. Clutterred restaurant. Nice restaurant view. Responsive cheerful staff. No daily maid service. Appliances buttons are not in English, but Chinese. No washcloths or hand towels.

Rooms were very spacious. Mine consisted of a large common area with kitchen and couch/Tv and 3 private bedrooms with baths. Would be a great place for a family or group. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not open for business yet but was served a delicious breakfast and awesome coffee. They rent snorkel gear which you can use at the beach or any number of parks. The water here is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
