Was a good spot for our 1 night stay.

Okay for a one night stay.

Shared space was all ours. Very low bathroom sink. Earlier checkin is $50. Clutterred restaurant. Nice restaurant view. Responsive cheerful staff. No daily maid service. Appliances buttons are not in English, but Chinese. No washcloths or hand towels.

The friendly service. And helpful attetude.

Fantastic staff! Very comfortable and quiet unlike many hotels.in Koror. Great setup for working remotely. Wifi works well.

Rooms were very spacious. Mine consisted of a large common area with kitchen and couch/Tv and 3 private bedrooms with baths. Would be a great place for a family or group. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not open for business yet but was served a delicious breakfast and awesome coffee. They rent snorkel gear which you can use at the beach or any number of parks. The water here is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Shell Villa is a home away from home. The rooms are large and very comfortable with a sofa and huge soaker bathtub. The staff are very caring and attentive. They go out of their way to ensyou are happy and have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. I felt sad to leave because the staff made me ferl like family.

La struttura è composta da casette prefabbricate provviste di una cucina in comune e 3 stanze. Le stanze non sono isolate acusticamente e quindi si percepiscono tutti i rumori esterni e in special modo le convenzioni degli altri ospiti (maggiormente quando sono spiacevolmente maleducati). Nel periodo del nostro soggiorno il ristorante era in ristrutturazione e nella nostra camera si è scardinata la porta del bagno a causa della scarsa manutenzione. Nel complesso decisamente sconsigliato.

The hotel staffs are so nice and help us in so many ways. We really appreciate it. It is a hotel with good price and with 5 star service. Highly recommended

The staff are amazing here. Breakfast was great and they will schedule it around your plans for the day (i.e. diving, hiking, kayaking). The staff is always willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate your needs. The rooms are great and very clean. AC works amazing in the rooms. Shared living area with other 2 rooms in each house.

The staff were very kind, helpful, communicative and went above and beyond. The room was very clean, the pillows were soft and fluffy, and fitting with the name, the sink was a giant clam shell! The staff were happy to provide us will vegetarian breakfast, plenty of extra towels, helped coordinate with the laundry service a friend recommended, and on our last day when we were unable to find an available cab to drive us to Malakal, they drove us themselves so that we would not be late for our kayaking tour. I already recommended this place to a friend that will be staying there later this December.

Hospitality was great, very welcoming and felt safe and secured within the area.

A wonderful stay, large room, comfortable beds, everything-included kitchen, living room, large living room inside bedoom, very fast internet, clean and great service with free airport pick-up and drop-off if staying 4 nights or longer, excellent breakfast delivered every morning to our room. Overall a perfect 10+ stay. The service is absolutely best-in-class and above and beyond. Thank You Thank You and Thank Youu

I have been fortunate to travel to many countries and this experience was one of a kind. Importantly, the property itself is fine. It’s a bit dated and, as others have mentioned, about a mile out of the main strip in Koror. If you are an older traveler and hadn’t rented a car, this would be a limiting and probably disqualifying factor. That said, the service that Leo and his staff provided was absolutely top notch. Visiting Palau is not always straightforward. It isn’t as easy to book a tour, a car, etc as it is elsewhere. Leo helped with securing a car, offering suggestions on what to do and where to go, etc. That alone was invaluable to me! The staff provides a hot breakfast every morning around your schedule and is in the process of adding a restaurant later this year. If you don’t want to pay twice the money to stay downtown, this lovely place is definitely worth it!

Leo and his team provided excellent customer service and we were comfortable our entire stay. We recommend this place to anyone that wants to have the ability to be self sufficient or full service.
