Good place if you want to stay on budget in a great location. Great restaurants and cafes within walkable distance,and a short walk/ uber away from a train station. Safe surroundings.

Always a great stay. Only two things Ive mentioned before. A lamp near the bed to read and would add atmosphere. ( CHEAP) Also 2 cheap wash clothes per room in addition to towels. (CHEAP) Both improvements for cheap

Its exactly what you can expect for the price. Photos does it justice and the placed looked exactly as pictured. The room had a really weird smell between sewer and humidity but my nose got used to it pretty fast, nonetheless it was really clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. The room itself was spacious and the views were really nice.

Nice check in. Air conditioning, TV and WiFi work well. View of beach from room. Room very spacious but no dresser for clothes. Wonderful pool on the roof with great view. In elevator PB means ground floor so don’t get lost. Close to restaurants and night life, Great front desk

The lady at the counter, very aggresive when she should first welcome us. Suggest the owner of the hotel, to trained her. The first time it happens.

The area around the hotel is great. There are many restaurants. The hotel is OK for the cost. I killed two roaches in my room. There are no lamps in the room. The room is very basic. The bathroom was OK and the shower worked very well, which is important to me.

Solo female traveler. Felt safe and comfortable walking around the neighborhood, shopping, and eating. Close to the pretty walking path that crosses over the parkway.

I didn't like that no one spoke Enough England to hold a conversation. Area made it difficult to use public transportation. Spent a lot of money on taxi.

I arrive late and I went to the room and dropped the bags then I went to front desk and I complained that the room smell like paint and since I was heading out to meet with friends I requested a new room but when i came back the only answer was that there were no rooms available, I couldn't sleep with the strong smell of paint Next day after checking out, we requested if we can go to the rooftop and they declined since we were already checked out Worst hotel, bad staffing (front desk)

chambres un peu vieillottes, mais propres pour ce cartier huppé plein de grands hotels, c'est vraiment le meilleur prix pour demeurer dans ce bel endroit et le resto est bien convenable et dépanne, mais il y a pleins de très bons resto tout proche. Et le personnel est fort aidant.

The first room that was given to us smelled musty. It made me feel sick, my chest was hurting from the awful smell. Then when they changed the room it smelled like the locker room of athletes. The exterior wall on the building had a large hole. Property has potential. Need some upgrading and maintenance.
