Very clean and convienent

The pool is amazing! Bars and drinks were great. Love the rooms and how spacious it was.

First night on property we were greeted by small roaches in our room…highlighted this and were advised that staff would spray the room…next day they were even more roaches….we were eventually transferred to another room which was fine for the remainder of the stay

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of place to eat and things to do. It's a short uber to the clubs and la vida ella waterfront. It's walkable for those who aren't afraid to J walk. The hotel itself is pretty clean, the rooms are large but they could have done more with space. The bathrooms could use shelves. The pool is open until 8pm (not 10pm as shown on expedia). The pool area and pool are very spacious. Breakfast was good lots of option. Overall, a very solid hotel.

Olor a humedad en los pasillos de las habitaciones, tienen deshumificadores pero aun asi se siente, el personal muy atento y la comida tambien la habitación muy buena amplia y limpia

Had paid extra for a junior suite with a balcony. On arrival we were given the most basic room the hotel offers. After a long time of showing paperwork, descriptions of the rooms on both Expedia and the hotels own website I was finally provided with the room I had actually paid for. The hotel tried very hard to say we had paid nothing extra, Expedia was wrong etc..it wasted a lot of time and wasn’t a great start. The room was fine, a little run down in places and could be cleaned a lot more thoroughly. There was a lack of hand towels, flannels or shower gel and no robes as described in the room description. The breakfast is very good even for vegetarians. I would avoid eating in any of the restaurants, very overpriced and low standard of food. Went to the pizza restaurant one night and I wasn’t allowed to change one of the toppings which suggests they are not made to order, the pasta was swimming in oil. Much better options around the hotel for considerably less money. The hotel is in a good location.

We had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Air conditioning system that worked great. Food from room service was very good. Negative situation unable to get a hold of the front desk right away off shifts only one person working the front desk and also incoming calls from room. In a emergency you may have a bad outcome.

En la pisicina los supervisores nos quitaban de las cabañas indicando que estavan reservadas por personas que pagaron , y no habia donde ubicarse porque tenian un evento . Acaso no piensan en sus huespedes que no pagan solo 10 dolares por una estadiab, vayan respetando el derecho si no pongan en sus comentarios que lugares hotel estan realmente disponible , no los recomendaria

The hot tub was not working. The spa is also not 24/7 but everything else was amazing!!
