夕食の選択肢がすくない

ホテルは3星クラス。良い点は敷地内にあるレストランJacksons。ウエスタンスタイルで味が良い。18時までオーダーで25%引きキャンペーンをやっていました。もう一つ良い点は敷地内にPNGジャパンという日本人経営のローカルツアーのお店がありました。あとは飛行場に近いこと。無料で送迎してくれます。悪い点。小さい問題としてバスタブの栓が無かった。これは頼めば市販の新品の栓を持ってきてくれた。最悪はチェックアウト。支払い済みにも関わらず、部屋代3泊分を請求された。すぐに訂正して貰いましたが非常に危ない。なお、ポートモレスビーは治安が悪いので、旅行者だけで街に出向くのは危険です。たとえホテルにタクシーを頼んでも危ないと思います。職無しのニューギニア人が2－3人でうろついているのは強盗と思った方が正解。ガイドもすぐ車を発進していました。危険回避には十分注意して、嫌な目にあわないように気を付けてください。

チェックイン時間の後に行ったのですが、まだそうじが出来ていないので数分待てと言われた。 小一時間待ったが何もannouncerが無いのでチェックインカウンターに再度行ったのですがまだ出来ていないと言われた。 さすがに怒ったが、自分の落ち度でないと開き直られ日本語で文句を言ったら何をいっているのかわからないとおちょくられた。 非常に不快であった。

Port Moresby climate is warmer and should provide airflow in those rooms and dinning areas but that was not. No one wants dinning in a warm room and lunch bars. Otherwise, was all good with the food and accommodation.

Room is good. Main door excess to room was denied. But help of staffs was great to go through. Overall it’s much good.

I've stayed 2 times there prior and iys always been that aircons don't work well. Atleast install pedestal fans. So my main disappointment was the aircons don't work as expected.. Other disappointment was the towels taken in the morning weren't replaced till tarpumd 3pm.

Took forever to check in, new room they had recently renovated was a little too small and shower floor was so flat , water seeped out each shower time. Staff weren’t too friendly . Need to improve a great deal on service.

Room was average and smelt musty/dusty. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Had to change rooms because the tv wasnt working but that was handled very easily. Could not charge anything to my room as I had prepaid for the room. That was a bit annoying even though they had my card details. Overall had an enjoyable stay.

Reaonable security;

Got in around 1 ish. Took about an hour to have room ready. Got the room and was a king size room not a superior room. Had balcony facing driveway so no privacy. Asked for superior room. Waited an hour n half. Gor the correct room only to have air con set at 27 degrees. Air con broken. I suggested a free upgrade as the motel was booked out. Another 2 hours of back n forth and then gave me a apartment. Got into it to have the phone not working. So no calls to house keeping or roim service. Local restaurants on site were great. Last night wenr to have my shower and they f orgot to leave towels. So had to use pillowcases to dry myself. After i got out i had the chance to call and the my towels were delivered to us.

Very nice and quiet place to stay and relax. The only downside is that the internet connection is not good

The only low point in this facility is the very poor Internet connection in the premises

They were doing renovations so there was No TV reception and the Hot Water was not always available.

Overall stay was good , kids enjoyed the pool staffs were friendly. My first experience at hotel so enjoyed it.
