カテドラルのすぐ裏で、とても便利なロケーションでした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔でした。 バスルームも清潔で、熱いお湯が出て、ペルーの他のホテルにはあまりないドライヤーが備え付けてあったのは助かりました。 インターネット接続が時々途切れて接続し直さなくてはならないことが、何度かありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。

場所良し、室内でのwifi、お湯のシャワー問題なし。関わったスタッフはみんな英語を話しました。この値段で暖房器具があったのも良かったです。スタッフが過度に愛想良いわけではなく、淡々としかし誠実に対応してくれたのも気に入りました。

アルマス広場から1分でした。レストラン等も近所に沢山ありました。立地としては優れています。スタッフも英語を話し問題なし。バスタブもついていました。暖房はオイルヒーター利用で十分に暖かくなります。セーフティボックスがあれば完璧です。オススメのホテルです。

エントランスやフロントは立派でした。安い価格の割に快適なホテルでした。用事があって電話をかけるのをたすけてくれて親切でした。レストランで食べたパスタもおいしかったです。

The base price I (before taxes) I agreed to pay through Expedia was US$136.80 for a three-night stay. When I checked in, the hotel recepcionist told me the tax would be 18% of that amount. I replied that I knew that the applicable tax was 10% for a hotel like that, and 18% would apply to a chain hotel owned bya corporation. She said no. When I checked out, they told me they would send me the receipt later. When I got it,a few hours later in Lima, I saw I was charged a base price (before taxes) of US$146.78, meaning ten dollars more than the agreed price, and 10% as the tax. 10%, as I iniatially said when I chcked in. In other words, they managed to overcharge me, first saying that the tax applied to them was the percentage for a big hotel, and then charged me more than the base price I agreed with Expedia and paid to the Peruvian revenue service the right, smaller percentage.

great location off of main plaza, rooms were in good condition and lobby and breakfast area very beautiful view Problem with transportation to airport- 3 days of checking to make sure it was set up with company and plenty of time to make hour trip to airport. Time changed to later pickup, then van arrived late, then wandering through congested city streets for other pickups. Ending up leaving city more than an hour late and arriving at airport less than an hour before flight was to leave. Stressful situation, did manage to catch the plane.

The room looked very worn. The tile in the bathroom didn’t look clean and the rugs were filthy. There was even a toothpick next to my bedside. The public areas are pretty nice, but the carpeting is frayed and need to replacing. It is located in a good area with access to many sites. However, despite the low price, I would not recommend this facility.

Very basic hotel. Okay for an overnight stopover but nothing else. Room was really basic but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The main problem was that they didnt find our invitation from Hotels. Finally they found it, but they didnt have a one bad for us, so they sent us to see a room with a very small one bad, a bad for one person. Aftef we refused, they gave us a room wuth 2 beds. This is not the pleasant way to start the visit.

Good experience. The breakfast room was a bit cold.

Ideal location for the main square. Good value hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds but shower was a bit weak but you did get hot water. Breakfast was very good. An ideal hotel for Puno at a good price. I would stay again

Ottima posizione e camera confortevole

It is just one block away from the center of the town. Breakfast is excellent. They offer shuttle to the airport and lake tours with a reasonable service fee.

Hyfsat bra hotell. Tyvärr försvann strömmen tre gånger under kvällen.
