カテドラルのすぐ裏で、とても便利なロケーションでした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔でした。 バスルームも清潔で、熱いお湯が出て、ペルーの他のホテルにはあまりないドライヤーが備え付けてあったのは助かりました。 インターネット接続が時々途切れて接続し直さなくてはならないことが、何度かありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。

場所良し、室内でのwifi、お湯のシャワー問題なし。関わったスタッフはみんな英語を話しました。この値段で暖房器具があったのも良かったです。スタッフが過度に愛想良いわけではなく、淡々としかし誠実に対応してくれたのも気に入りました。

アルマス広場から1分でした。レストラン等も近所に沢山ありました。立地としては優れています。スタッフも英語を話し問題なし。バスタブもついていました。暖房はオイルヒーター利用で十分に暖かくなります。セーフティボックスがあれば完璧です。オススメのホテルです。

エントランスやフロントは立派でした。安い価格の割に快適なホテルでした。用事があって電話をかけるのをたすけてくれて親切でした。レストランで食べたパスタもおいしかったです。

Ideal location for the main square. Good value hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds but shower was a bit weak but you did get hot water. Breakfast was very good. An ideal hotel for Puno at a good price. I would stay again

It is just one block away from the center of the town. Breakfast is excellent. They offer shuttle to the airport and lake tours with a reasonable service fee.

Hyfsat bra hotell. Tyvärr försvann strömmen tre gånger under kvällen.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. We had to check out really early in the morning be fore breakfast time. The lobbie attendant had already two boxes with to go breakfast ready for us. To me that was above expectations and made a big difference.

De forma geral foi uma boa hospedagem. Localização excelente na praça das armas, próximo a restaurantes. Estávamos em um grupo de 10 pessoas, 5 quartos. No primeiro dia ninguém conseguiu tomar banho quente, o problema foi generalizado, em todos os quartis, o que foi bastante desagradável para todos. A partir do segundo dia, ajustaram a caldeira e o banho passou a ser quente, entretanto em alguns quartos os chuveiros saiam pouco fluxo de agua e meio pinga pinga. No meu, que foi no 6º andar, quarto com area externa, o chuveiro era bom, mas o ao lado, de ,minha mae, o chuveiro era ruim. Em outros quarto houve reclamação de vazamento da banheira, o que molhava o banheiro. Se eu for avaliar somente minha experiência no quarto que eu estive, foi muitooo boa, localização e conforto. Porem em outros quartos houveram muitas reclamações, então será uma loteria, peguem quartos superiores!

Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door.
