親切なスタッフでした。帰りに駅まで荷物を届けてくれて楽にマチュピチュ観光、街観光ができました。

staffs were very kind to travelers. They tell me how to access machupichu and hold my baggage until I left the town.

The hotel is a bit old, but it’s clean and well maintained. The room was spacious enough for a family of 3–4 people and offered great value for the price. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Most hotels in this area are narrow, vertical buildings due to limited space, so don’t expect an elevator in every property. The staff were always ready to assist and greeted guests with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Staff are really helpful. Even in the free breakfast we requested an over easy egg and they did. Only downside was the stairs. It’s hard to go up and down especially if you have a knee problem.

This is a great overnight hotel in Auguas Caliente. It was very clean and the breakfast spread is great. Its a 3 minute walk to the bus station. A couple things to note is its near the top of the hill, and its not soundproof. I could hear people in the lobby having conversations and walking up and down the stairs. Aside from those minor things, its a great place to stay! I would absolutely recommend it!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was perfect although there was some construction across the creek. I would stay here again.

The man who assisted us with our large amount of luggage to and from the train station was incredibly helpful, courteous, empathetic (we had to quickly change our plans to return to Cusco for a trek), and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel room is spacious! The women who prepared breakfast even made eggs to order for us, despite us arriving a few minutes late. The only drawback is that there isn’t an elevator; however, they even carry your luggage up to your room. Absolutely stay here — the price is fabulous for the level of service and quality of the room.

On arrival we were greeted by staff near train station and told our hotel had service issues and we were told we had another hotel that was “4 stars”. This was a ver inconvenient additional walk with our baggage and the new hotel was not high quality: Poor quality breakfast Front desk closed at 11 pm No wash cloths, only shampoo.

Good stay, staff was wonderful when we could find them. Was supposed to have a pickup from the station when we arrived but no one showed up. Breakfast had nice selections, but note that the hotel is uphill from the train station.

Not fancy for certain but clean. No view and no elevator but does have electric outlets. Has a color tv but no channels we could find before giving up. Breakfast is included but VERY simple. The staff will kindly hold your luggage after you check out. Not an easy walk from train station. But few hotels are

O quarto era extremamente espaçoso com uma cama king maravilhosa, confortável e bem limpo. O único barulho era do Rio em frente que até era relaxante para dormir. Como a cidade é pequena, tem muitos restaurantes e cafeterias por perto, inclusive, também é bem próximo do ponto de ônibus que vai para Machu Picchu. Ficamos 2 noites e foi uma ótima escolha!

Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. It’s walking distance to the hot springs (we were not impressed by the hot springs), a multitude of restaurants, and the train station.

Great spot for a night before an early Machu Picchu. Breakfast ready at 4:45AM!
