Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a great location—everything was perfect. If I visit Machu Picchu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Excellent service, large King bed, good bathroom/shower with plenty of hot water, laundry nearby, and optional takeaway breakfast in the morning if you're leaving early for the Machu Picchu trek.

Room was clean and the beds were huge! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to see Machu Picchu. They then delivered us our bags in the afternoon to the train station. The breakfast had a very nice variety and everything was delicious.

The hotel was in a great central location to the train station, mountain/river views, restaurants, and the hot springs. From the train station, you walk about 10 minutes. No cars are allowed to drive in Aguas Calientes. Hotel host met us at the train station to greet us and escort us to the hotel. We arrived about 1pm and were able to check into our hotel. We requested the highest floor with a view and they were able to accommodate without an extra cost. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. So if you have difficulty with flights of stairs, stay on the lower level. Room was clean and decorated with Peruvian decor. The room with the river view had incredible wate noise that was very soothing. Room was given portable heaters that needed staff help to operate properly. Hotel was conveniently close to the Machu Picchu bus pick up. It was a 5 minute walk down the sidewalk from the hotel. Breakfast provided included deli meats/cheeses, fruit, cereal, granola, sweet breads, jams, coffee, teas, juices. A request for improvement is to have a sign in the breakfast area letting guests know that cooked eggs are also available upon request. We did not know that eggs were available until our last morning. There are many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops conveniently located in our area and open very early to accommodate travelers taking the 5am bus up to Macchu Picchu. Laundry service was available in locations close by, very cheap and quickly returned to our hotel. Great place to recover

Great little hotel in Aguas Calientes. Large, attractive rooms. Brand new bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are so nice. Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.

Spotless room. Good service overall. Great for one night stay in Aguas Calientes before ascending Machu Picchu. They were kind enough to have someone meet us at the train station to direct us to the hotel. And the very early breakfast (starting at 5am) was much appreciated.

I reserved a nice king bed room with a view and was assigned to a shabby bedroom on the first floor with view to the noisy street!

Room itself was spotless. Neatly kept. Huge bed. Four people can fit in one bed and then another queen bed. Not sure why we need such a bug room. No A/c probably because it is alway cold there but that gives the room a moist smell. The tap in the sink was leaking a bit but that is just ours.

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Aguas Calientes. Personal atento y facilidades muy bien cuidadas.

Everything was wonderful here. Friendly staff who meets you at the train station & walks you to the hotel. Spacious room, huge bed, hot water, clean property

Do not stay. We had to reschedule our stay here due to the protests going on. They still charged us and did not offer us a refund. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone here. Messages and calls were not answered.
