Humidity . Lack of air circulation

Staff is very helpful if the customer has any issues. The room is spacious.

Very helpful staff, do note there is no AC and the humidity in the room can make it quite uncomfortable

Nice small hotel for one night we stayed . Breakfast was good .

Staff was waiting for us when we arrived with the train and helped us out with our luggage. Very attentive to make you feel comfortable. Nice facility and we had a very good night sleep with the sound of the passing river. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel right next to the river, comfy beds and close to ecerything. The host is very friend and attentive as well. Thank you for beautiful stay:)

Very nice hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly and never heard anything from outside the room which makes for a relaxing and restful night.

Hotel was very comfortable. Probably the biggest bed i have ever seen. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room can be a little loud. There is a vent in the bathroom that lets sound travel very well from rooms above and below. Staff were very accomodating when we had a noisy upstairs guest. The got them to turn down music. Otherwise a very comfortable hotel

Excellent place! The beds were extremely comfortable, clean and the staff is sooooo welcoming! They provided fabulous information with regard to getting to Machu Picchu, as well as restaurant recommendations. Great place!!

Comfortable and clean room and bed. Helpful staff.

Beautiful room with a great view of the river. Originally, we were assigned a different room, but the front desk staff work with us to get a room with a view couldn’t be happier.

Hotel excelente, atendimento nota 1000,

We were so happy with this place. The view was descent and the flowing water from the river was perfect for sleeping and peace.

This place didn’t seem to fill up like many others I was looking at. But it was really an excellent place.
